I IMAGINE THAT: MY RENTAL PROPERTY IS SOLD!!!!!!!
It feels soooo good to have the stress of the rental business off of my shoulders.
It feels sooo freeing!!!
I can travel anytime that I desire
...and I can paint full time and I feel so wonderful to allow source to flow through me painting!!
And I can see the "for rent" sign down and out of the front yard
and I see me smiling and at such peace!!

I can feel the peace in my body, in my stomach. I am relaxed and all is well!!
I am thrilled at the price that my house brings!!! It is more than I first thought!!!!!
I am giddy with joy at all the $ that comes to me from this house.
I sooo appreciate that I have had this house.
I appreciate all that I have learned with this house.
I appreciate that I have learned to be braver
I appreciate that I have learned to stand up for my rights, that I have released being a doormat
I appreciate that I have loved clients while learning to be a strong business woman at the same time!!
I apprecitate that I have learned more about hiring and firing workmen.
I appreciate that I transformed the property and made it look better=creation!!!
I had wanted to lighten the color of the house and I was able to do that and appreciate my work!
I appreciate all that my grandfather, my father and my uncle and aunt shared with me!!
I imagine that I am free of the responsibilities of caring for that house!!
I can see and feel the check in my hand=wow!!!it is sooo large !!! I feel the paper check in my hand. I feel how gleeful I am!!!! I am blissing very high right now!!!
And I can see how I am now painting daily with much joy and Source pulsing through me as I have the freedom now to do that!!! I am free!!!!!
I AM FREEEEEE.  IT FEELS LIKE I AM A BIG OWL OR HAWK AND GLIDDING OVER THE ROOF TOPS OF RENTAL STRESS OFF INTO THE LAND OF ART AND TRAVELING MANIFESTATIONS!!!!!
I CAN IMAGINE HOW I AM LOVING TO STRETCH THE CANVASES AND TO POUR THE PAINT AND TO FLOW SOURCE ALL OVER THE CANVAS/PAPER.
I see the amount deposited in my bank account!!!!!!!! I HEAR THE PERSON SAYING THANK YOU AND SHAKING MY HAND AS WE EXCHANGE THE DEED AND CHECK. I FEEL THE HAND SHAKE AS WE FINALIZE THE SALES DEAL. I CAN HEAR THEM SAYING THANK YOU AND HOW HAPPY THEY ARE AND HOW THEY LOVE THE HOUSE AND I LOOK FORWARD TO SEE WHAT THEY DO TO CHANGE THE HOUSE FOR THE BETTER!!! AND I AM FREE I AM FREE I AM FREE I AM FREEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I IMAGINE THAT I REST VERY WELL AND LONG TONIGHT. I AWAKE VERY RESTED AND FILLED WITH VIGOR AND VITALITY. I AM FILLED WITH ENERGY!!!
MY BODY IS FILLED WITH HEALTH AND WELL BEING. I GO TO SLEEP EARLY TONIGHT AND SLEEP SOUNDLY THROUGH THE NIGHT!!
IN THE MORNING I AWAKE AND JOYFULLY GO TO MY MEDIATAION CHAIR AND FEEL SOOOO GOOD THAT I HAVE DONE THAT. I CAN FEEL HOW I FEEL AN ELATION OF FEELING AND A GROUNDING AND AN INCREASE OF ENERGY!!
I PRECEED TO SEGMENT INTEND MY DAY AND GET SEVERAL ERRANDS ACCOMPLISHED AND THAT FEELS SOOO FREEING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MY ABE GROUP IN THE PM GOES THE BEST EVER AND WE ALL HAVE ELEVATED SPIRITS AND HAVE SHIFTED UP OUR SET POINTS AND ALL FEEL ACCOMPISHED AND ENCOURAGED TO KEEP ON WITH ABE PRINCIPLES. I FEEL SOOOO UPLIFTED THAT THEY AND I ARE FEELING SOOO GOOD ABOUT THE CLASS!!! I AM PLEASED WITH MYSELF THAT I HAVE STARTED IT AND KEPT ONE GOING FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW!!! I AM HAPPY WHERE WE ALL ARE IN THE GROUP AND I DESIRE SOOOO MUCH MORE FOR US ALL!! mORE AND MORE ARE BEIGINING TO MANIFEST (INCLUDING ME MORE SOOO!!) AND THAT ENCOURAGES US TO KEEP ON KEEPING ON WITH ABE!!!!!
EFFORTLESSLY THE DIVINE RIGHT RENTER MANIFESTS AND I GET OUT OF THE WAY I LET GO OF MY RESISTANCE AND LET GO AND OPEN TO MY IB AND SOURCE'S GUIDANCE AND ALL IS WELL ALL IS WELL ALL IS WELL ALLIS WELL ALL IS WELL!! THANK YOU!

I imagine that I send my application for licesnure in the state of hawaii for real estate and that i am licensed in the state of hawaii.
it feels so good!
i go to my job interview knowing that i am free to take the job that they will offer me.
i accept the job that they are offering me and i am sooo happy!
i see the smiling faces of my new employers and i feel invigorated.
we plan on showing up on the island for good on august 1.
and that is how it goes.
we drive from philadelphia to california to see the country,
it is soooo much funnn!!!!!!! 
it feels good to imagine this happening.

i imagine that i will have a blissful nights sleep tonight.
pleasant dreams and just utter relaxation.
i wake up tomorrow excited for the day. 
it's going to be so nice to sleep soundly and safely in my warm comfy bed.
and then wake up tomorrow morning and have a fantastic day.

I am expecting a happy outcome for the sale of my land!
I am expecting the 2 closings involved go very smoothly and eveyone is very happy!
I am expecting the Buyers of my land are comfortable and happy in their rental home while they build their new home!
I am expecting that every detail of their new home goes well!
I am expecting that they love, love, love their new property and all of their new neighbors!
I am expecting that their children play with the neighbor children!
I am expecting that their transition to their new home is smoothe and easy!
I am expecting that we become even better friends over the years and I visit them at their new home!
I am expecting I sit on the deck with them and have a glass of wine and laugh and enjoy the scenery!
I am expecting to watch their children running around the property having a great time!
I am expecting them telling me that this move was the best thing they have ever done!
I am expecting that they are so grateful that I decided to sell my land to them!
I am expecting that they tell their friends and family about me because as R said, I really do a great job and do all that I can to get a property sold.
I am expecting that they refer me to many people because they know I am an up front and honest person and I am someone they can trust!
I am expecting that I always feel good about the sale and know it was okay for me to let go of that property as it is part of letting go of my past and moving forward to new things!
I am expecting to make wise and fun decisions with the money!
I am expecting to use some of the money to build my new web page!
I am expecting to have fun in the construction of the of the website and enjoying the positive response and impact it has on my business!!!
I am expecting that i feel joyful! I am expecting that I am getting so tuned in to Source, it is easy to relax and float down stream!
I am expecting that I begin having more and more fun creating the life I want!
I am expecting that I know in every singe cell of my body that well being flows for me and everyone all of the time!

Expecting the most delightful and perfect outcome for me and my best friend in the world and former fiance, while we are taking time off from US to figure out in our own space who each of ourselves are....and just standing patiently in the knowing that the outcome will be so perfectly delicious and supportive of our paths..... in whatever form that may take.
Expecting and standing in the delightful knowing that the time off work, the funds, and childcare will be available for me to attend yoga teacher training one weekend a month for the next 2 years.
Rejoicing in the new found freedom of no anxiety, putting down those oars, and floating downstream to all that joyously awaits me

Everyhting is working out perfectly for me!! Today I am closing on my land at 3:00!!! Yay!!! Then I am going to book my cruise to Alaska with ABe!!! I am going to be lined up with the perfect cruise mate in a cabin with a balcony!!! I will list my properties and get a lot of properties sold in the time before I leave!!!
I am expecting all of my business to work out really well! I am expecting divine, and I mean DIVINE timing in all of my transactions!!! The money is really flowing in!! My life is wonderful!!! I am ecstatic with how well things are lining up!
I am expecting the perfect outcome with my new office space lining up!!! It is lovely for myself and my assistant!! Everything alwasy works itself out for me. The stream of well being is always chasing me down!! I love to jump right in and float along to joy!!!

Today I am meeting some out of state clients!!
I know that everything will go very well!
I am expecting that we hit it off and they feel confident and excited to work with me!
I am expecting that we find a few great possibilites for them and they feel good about getting their home sold and making a move out here!
I am expecting that we really have a great time out there today and on Sunday!
I am expecting that all of the showings are arranges easily and we glide through our day!
I am expecting that we are really joyful for all that is happening!!!
I am expecting to be lining up more and more buyers. and now that I am so up to date on these acreage horse properties, I meet another couple clients who are looking for just these homes and I am easily able to match them up!
I am expecting free flowing traffic and joy on our excursion today!!

I imagine a huge amount of money coming to me in the most surprising manner.
I imagine it taking care of my present situation, and removing my insecurity about money forever.
I imagine i buy my own house and oh it is so beautiful just what i wanted.
I imagine buying all the things in my vision box.
I imagine staying in the same place i am living now and have enought or rather more than enough to live in the present place as long as i want to
I imagine starting a new business and doing really really well.
I imagine good health for the whole family and visiting each other often.
I imagine a great holiday something i have not been for for a long long time.
I imagine waking up and feeling secure that i no longer have to worry about money.
I imagine laughter and surprises flowing to me all the time.
I imagine being surrounded by friends who really care and are very uplifting.
I imagine managing my money very well and living with a healthy self esteem.
I imagine sharing my knowledge and well being with everyone.
I imagine feeling really really good and happy.

TODAY I AM PICKING UP A FRIEND FROM LAS VEGAS AT THE AIRPORT.
I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM FOR A YEAR AND I KNOW THAT WE WILL HAVE A VERY GOOD TIME TOGETHER. I CAN FEEL HIS STRONG HUGS AND SEE HIS LAUGHING EYES. I SEE ALL THE LEFT BRAIN PROJECTS THAT HE VOLUNTEERED TO DO FINISHED AND PERFECT. I SEE THE RENTAL PROPERTY ALL FINISHED AFTER HIS SMALL JOB AND I FEEL SOOO FREE AND RELAXED. IT FEELS GOOD TO BE AROUND HIM AND HE IS GENTLE AND LAID BACK IN ALL WAYS. I SEE US AS FRIENDS AND HE IS COMFORTABLE WITH THAT AND WE HAVE A GREAT RELAXED TIME LIKE OLD BUDDIES! HE IS A GREAT DANCER AND WE HAVE FUN GOING OUT AND DANCING AND WE ALSO HAVE FUN TRAVELING FOR A FEW DAYS IN MY STATE SEEING ALL THE GREAT MOUNTAINS ETC. IT FEELS GOOD TO HAVE A MALE FREIND IN TOWN TO DO THINGS WITH AND WE ENJOY EACH OTHER AND HE IS AT PEACE WITH WHAT OUR RELATIONSHIP IS!!!! I RELAX AND HAVE FUN , FUN, FUN!!!

I allow the perfect unfolding for my clients M & A!! They are moving here from out of state and would love to buy the perfect home and did not find it. They are looking at building. I am expecting to get them all of the information they need in a quick and timely manner! I am grateful they chose to work with me! I am knowing together, we will cocreate the perfect outcome for this situation, buy or build!!! All is well for them as they make their glorious move!!!
I am expecting a happy outcome from my next 2 trips. I will be in Las Vegas for a few days at the end of June and in Alaska on the cruise for a week in July! I expect that my business lines up perfectly with these trips! I expect that money flows to me easily and effortlessly! I expect that the contracts come together while I am in town and not much happens while I am gone. my clients are overjoyed with K, my associate who will be covering for me. I am delighted with my life!!! I am delighted with the happy outcome for all of my clients this summer and after. I ask the manager to take care of the details and everything works out better than I ever imagined!!!

 I imagine a great relationship with my new friend!=
We continue to have a relaxing and fun time together!!
I love how he touches me!!
It feels sooo good to be touched and to be sooo easy with each other!
It is great how he fixes up all kinds of things around the house that need to be fixed!
This continues and my computer is up dated and stereo speakers are fixed and etc. things around the house and car are fixed!!! Yeah!! I feel great that so many things have been fixed!!!
I feel good that I am sooo relaxed with this guy!!
It is sooo easy for us to talk and to shop together and to just BE together!! this is good for me and it feels new and so comfortable.
I am secure that I will not "hurt" him if I end this or do not let it go in the direction that he wants verses what I want..I am clearer about being selfish=doing what feels good to me!! And This will go gently as it already has and it just continues easy and fun, what ever the next direction I am fine with it and I am relaxed!!!
I do not know where this relationship is going and I am OK with that, for now=all is well!!=THIS IS A GREAT RELATIONSHIP!
I am learning how to have the relationship that I want!!

I am expecting many, many happy outcomes!!!
Today I expect to have my timing be divine!! I am inspired to continue organizing my office which helps me because I have so much wonderful business!! I love to reach for my files and everything I need is at my fingertips!!!
I expect a great out come for L & T and selling their great property! It is lovely and unique and one of a kind and the perfect buyer comes along with a smooth and easy deal. I ask the Universe, how easy can this be?? and Oh boy does it deliver!!
I expect to have lots of energy today! I expect to arrive early for my tournament and feel excited and happy to be alive! I am very blended w/ my IB today which really helps me to focus on my game. I play the best volleyball I have ever played in my life! and right now I just keep getting better and better and better! It is so much fun to play and have such great ball control. I have so much fun!!! We do great in the tournament and then I stop at the store and am easily inspired to what is best to buy for my little party! I pick up a few yummy things, head home and have 2 girlfriends coming over for a drink!!! What fun! Oh, how I love my life! Life is soooo good to me and I am very appreciative of it!!
I always expect a happy outcome! I always expect the best! I always know that everything is working out for me! I always have a great time! Everything is moving along and unfolding perfectly here! All is well! I am the most joyful being on the planet! Life is easy and fun! I expect to have a grand time playing with the Universe today and seeing lots of evidence of how great life is!!!

I am expecting an awesome outcome when my dearest friend in the world comes to town for 10 days to visit. We will laugh and play and get along. We will be present for each other and with each other and have so much fun together. I will stay focused on the positive aspects of him and feel so good to be with him again.
Or camping trip with my son will be fantastic. We will discover beautiful diamonds at the Crater of Diamonds National Park! We will canoe and swim and laugh and roast marshmallows and have the best vacation ever!
We will make decisions easily and downstream. I will feel so peaceful and full of joy and release all expectations for a certain particular outcome for the two of us in our life journey.
I expect to allow good feelings smiles, hugs, kindness with respect for my boundaries and his. Our love and respect for each other will flow effortlessley every moment and I am so excited for all the fun that is about to unfold!
