I IMAGINE THAT MY MEETING WITH THE LAWYERS AND THE BUYER WILL GO SOOO SMOOTHLY..
all is well and the forms are done correctly and I am protected with the legal forms and the buyer is happy and is pleased with all the papers that I bring to share with him and he is determined to buy my house at my stated price!!
THEN WED. I ENJOY MEETING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. HE IS SO KIND AND GOOD AND KNOWING HOW GREAT MY HOUSE IS AND HOW SOUND AND STURDY IT IS AND ALL IS GOOD AND HE GIVES US A GREAT REPORT AND THAT ALL IS WELL AND MY PRICE STANDS AND THE BUYER HOLDS FIRM TO BUYING THE HOUSE AT THE STATED PRICE AND WE NEGOTIATE TO CLOSE ON IT SOONER THAN WE ORIGINALLY THOUGHT!!
AND I CAN FEEL HOW RELAXED I AM THAT ALL THIS GETS DONE AND THE MONEY IS JUST WHAT I WANT AND I AM RELEASING ALL THAT PAST CAREER OF A LANDLORD. I BLESS IT AND LET IT GO AND I AM SOOOO RELAXED TO HAVE ALL OF THAT CAREER OFF OF MY SHOULDERS...IT FEELS SOOO GOOD TO HAVE IT DONE AND OVER AND EARLIER THAN I THOUGHT!!!! IT IS DONE AND I AM FREE!!!!!!!IT IS DONE AND I AM FREE!!IT IS DONE AND I AM FREE IT IS DONE AND I AM FREE!!! I CAN FEEL MY SHOULDERS DROP WITH RELAXATION. I CAN SEE AND FEEL MYSELF LAUGHING AND DANCING AND RUNNING WITH JOY!! YES YES YES YES YES YES!! I AM JUMPING UP AND DOWN IT IS DONE AND I AM FREE AND THE INSPECTION PASSES WITH FLYING COLORS AND THE CHECK IS IN MY HAND AND THEN IN THE BANK AND I AM FREE!!

I IMAGINE MEETING MY NEW FRIEND FOR THE SECOND TIME AT THE AIRPORT AND ONCE AGAIN ALL IS WONDERFUL AND GENTLE AND EASY AND WE HAVE SUCH FUN TOGETHER!!! IT ALL GOES SO SMOOTHLY AND WE HAVE FUN DOING WHAT EVER WE FEEL LIKE= HAVING FUN ALL THE TIME!!
IT KEEPS FEELING SO NATURAL AND GOOD TO BE WITH HIM AND DO ANYTHING OR NOTHING AND STILL HAVE FUN !!
AND EASILY WE/I DECIDE WHAT WE DESIRE TO DO HIS FIRST DAY BACK HERE AND I AM RELAXED AND ALL FLOWS AND I HAVE JOY AND PEACE AND FUN AND NATURAL FEELINGS ABOUT IT ALL!!!
I HAVE FUN !! I HAVE ALL THE ENERGY THAT I DESIRE!!!aND THE DAY FLOWS EFFORTLESSLY AND ALL IS WELL!!!::boat

So, I EXPECT that all my packing, sorting and organizing goes easily and smoothly.

I IMAGINE/EXPECT THAT MY DAY TODAY AND TOMORROW WILL GO SMOOTHLY WITH ME FEELING PEACE AND JOY ALL THE WAY. I CAN FEEL MYSELF RELAXING INTO THE AWARENESS THAT ALL IS WELL AND THAT I CAN RELEASE EFFORTING AND I CAN JUST FLOAT, FLOAT, FLOAT DOWN THE STREAM!!! I CAN FEEL/SEE THE SMILE ON MY FACE AND HOW HAPPY I AM. I CAN SEE EVERYONE ELSE'S FACES SMILING AS WELL, EVERYONE IS HAPPY!!
I CAN STILL SEE THAT SOLD SIGN AND I CAN FEEL MY FRIEND'S FIRM ARM AROUND ME AND.............
I FEEL HOW EASY IT ALL IS TODAY AND TOMORROW!!! I CAN JUST LET GO AND LET THE UNIVERSAL MANAGER ORCHESTRATE IT ALL...I HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT TO ENJOY AND LET IT FLOW...ALL THE WORK HAS BEEN DONE AND MY IB IS IN CONTROL AND I CAN JUST RELEASE THE OARS AND FLOAT, FLOAT DOWN STREAM TO ALL MY DESIRES. I LOVE THE FEELING OF FLOATING FLOATING FLOATING TO ALL MY DESIRES!!

To all of you happy, expectant, creators out there, I say, " Good on ya!"
You're all doing a wonderful job of expecting the best and you will experience the best with all of your pre-paving! 
I expect that my upcoming birthday celebration will be lots of fun! I'm going to one of my favorite clubs to see one of my favorite DJs with a group of my favorite people! I will also get to see another one of my favorite people that night...he happens to be the head doorman at this club! I know that I won't have to wait in a long line to get in because all I have to do is walk right up to him and flash my gorgeous smile and he'll pull back that velvet rope and I'll breeze right in....for free, too! I expect to have a great time dancing with my friends to the great music that I know will be one of the best parts of this night!
I know that I'm going to be looking especially fabulous that night! I already have a beautiful pair of shoes to wear...I received them as an early birthday gift from one of my girlfriends....the $270 pricetag was no obstacle for her, she just bought them for me because she knew that having them would make me happy and she was more than happy to buy them for me! We're going shopping tomorrow at the fabulous new shopping center in our city for the rest of my outfit and I expect to find the perfect outfit to compliment my beautiful new shoes!
I expect to have an incredible visit with one of my favorite friends when he visits me later this month from out of state. He's coming to town to peform at a huge party ( 20,000 people in attendance!) at the LA Coliseum. It will be so fun to accompany him to this party as his guest. I expect to get the VIP treatment at this event because I deserve no less than exactly that. We'll arrive in a limousine and enter the event through the VIP entrance. We'll also have access to the exclusive VIP lounge where we'll be given Dom Perignon and other great treats. It will be amazing to see him perform live in front of his adoring audience from my spot on the stage, too! I also expect that he and I will have a great time just spending some time together alone listening to music and getting caught up on one another's lives. I can hardly wait for all the fun we're going to have!
I love knowing that I am capable of attracting people into my experience that assist me in co-creating such a fun existence! Life is good....because I expect it to be so!

 I expect that soon my elder daughter will be living with me full-time. I expect that we shall soon all be together, as we want to be.
I expect that J will be spending more time here with us, just enjoying family life, doing silly, fun things like barbecueing and watching movies.

....I can just picture CC coming in the door, happy and bright ... and sooooo full of herself and proud of herself that she fixed this thing herself! How powerful she is!! How proud I am of her and her ability to make anyting right. She is magnificient at turning her boat around.... and she does it soooo quickly! I love that she doens't want us to interfere .... and I'm so proud us that we didn't!!

I meet my client promptly at 10:00 today!! I have all of the appts set up and our day is starting out great. I woke up at 5:55, so I know i am in alignment!!! heehee
We go see many homes today. We are able to find each home easily, and we have fun on the way!! M and I get along very well!! Our IBs are definitely communicating!! He and his wife are very appreciative of my work. We discuss different options for their new home. He likes the neighborhoods we visit and it gives him some new ideas. We also discuss about broadband. We do drive farther South so he can see a few more neighborhoods and he is happy we did so. He knows I am working for them in their best interest and he really trusts me.
I feel confident that I am doing a good job for them! Their home goes under contract at the perfect time and I am able to help them purchase their new home at the perfect time. The perfect home for the, which they absolutely love, just shows up at the perfect time.
We all laugh about how well everything turned out and they are faithful clients who refer me again and again.

I love expecting a great outcome because I always get what I expect!!!!
Today I expect to see some beautiful condos for D& D!!! We find the perfect home for them at the perfect time and both deals go through very smoothly and we easily glide towards closing.
I feel like a fairy with a magic wand as my IB just guides me and my clients to the perfect homes!!! Everything always unfolds in such a wonderful fashion!!!
I expect to get a great offer for S & K and we find them a wonderful home also!!! We get top dollar for the condo and the buyer is ecstatic about it!!! The appraisal comes in no problem and my Sellers are vey happy with my work!!! In fact, the buyer contacts me a couple months later to tell everyone how much they are loving, loving, loving the condo!!!!! Unheard of for most, and common for me because I am on the leading edge!!!

I imagine that my husband calls me from work today and we have a wonderful conversation.
Our big fight is over and we are sweet and loving and calm and peaceful.
We love each other and always treat each other lovingly.
We don't need to have a big talk about it, we just both blow it off and look ahead.

I imagine that forgivness happens all around and the past is left in the past and me and my former fiance come into alignment again.
I expect that we will both soften that will will find a new way of being-ness that allows us to re connect.
I expect that as we spend our time apart, cleaning up our own vibrations and get clarity the love will shine through.
I expect that as I shoot these rockets of desire, the Universe will keep responding and delivering what I desire.
I expect that the pain I feel will dissipate as I work my way up the EGS and soon I will reach a place of joy and freedom.
