oh my i am so happy right now
i see how easy it is to just make a decision
the decision to move to a better feeling place
doesn't have to be a quantum leap
just right across the street
its so much fun
it really works
i love abe
and the sara books
i love learning about just taking small steps
and i am so excited to keep practicing
i know i'm gonna get really good at this
bc i know that when i feel something bad...it's okay
and i am not going to beat myself up over the whole thing
it's my guidance system
it just means it's working
i love abe
i love egs
i love reading all the wonderful literature
i love all of the people who practice this stuff on the forum
they are inspirational
i love myself
i love trusting that all that i desire is already done!
i love life
i love everything

I love how easy all of this is!
I love how every day is easier than the day before!
I love how my work is to dream, to bask, to love!
I love how the Universe works out all of the details for me!
I love how I can just spend my time appreciating every day!
I love how I am getting better at appreciating contrast for what it is.
I love how it is getting easier to recognize that when I feel bad it is my guidance system working and I am so grateful that I have this EGS and am knowing how to use it!
I love how my stream of well-being is soooooo strong, so full of love and well-being, health and prosperity, joy and freedom and all of the wonderful things that I desire! I love how this stream flows and flows, abundantly to me!!
I love how I am getting clearer and clearer on how I "feel" and using my "feeling" to direct where I am wanting to go!!
Yay - thank you Universe for taking wonderful care of me! It really is easy when I let it be easy!!!

I was just having an a-ha! moment that there was no big deal to think a negative thought. and that I would not attract a travesty to my life for thinking it. Simply brush it off and move on. Then I read this thread. This is great! We really dont have to worry about a thing. With a little practice, this is quite simple. I'm impressed with us. Jerry

that is so true.
with practice we will become better, and greater creators.
i know i am.
this morning i woke up feeling completely invincible.
i'm going to feel that way (and even better) everyday for the rest of my life!

This is great Jerry!!!! I will hug this dearly for I have struggled some with the above and now I will remember to just move on=go on, no big deal!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Okay - wanting to feel the ease here!!!!!!
This easy!
Source is providing for us, anything and everything we want!
It is done! It is in my vibrational escrow and I am just relaxing, breathing and allowing it to come!
I am feeling how I would feel if I knew everything is all happening perfectly for my benefit!!!
I am remembering that well-being wants me! Well being is knocking on my door and trying to get to me in every way possible! Well being wants me, that is my natual state! I just breath deeply and allow it in! I close my eyes and feel the well-being. (pause)
I remember the girl I met on the plane telling me her wonderful mantra, "Nothing has to be wrong!" I love it and have been saying it for a few days!
I breath and find the feeling place! I feel how I will feel when I know that all is well! I feel the security that all is working well. I feel the light-heartedness that the Universe is lining up things perfectly for me! I feel the fun in molding the clay! I feel the power in reaching for a better thought!
It is easy! I just feel a bit better, a bit better and then I am on my way! I have done this many times and I know how powerful I am and I remind myself that I can get to anywhere from here! I am not in a hurry! The world is my creation, here for me!
I reach for a playful feeling. I reach for the feeling when I am giggling with the Universe! I reach for ease! I reach for joy and for the feeling of utmost freedom! I choose, that is all I do. What do I prefer? Oh, yes, and the Universe delivers.
I look for things to feel good about and it is easy!! They are everywhere! I love to nuzzle with my cat and tell her how I love her!! I think of my friends" children! They always remind me to feel good!! They remind me that everything is okay! They do not worry! They are in the moment and my goal is to be more and more in the feeling and exploring place of a 2-year old child. They are in the moment, experiencing life and looking for the things that please them! They are clear in what they want!! Damn, they are brilliant!!!
Even a 2-year-old can do it! Ha! They are the best at it! And I am getting better! And it is easy and fun and it feels good to relax and trust! And to be happy!
All is well!!!
