Thank you. I have been practicing saying to myself "I love you and respect you" and directing it toward every person I encounter. It is amazing what comes back to me!

Everyone on this forum is so special, so loved and so powerful. We are brilliant thinkers. I am a brilliant thinker. I have unleashed myself from the matrix and now see myself as the powerful creator that I am. I am awake to the fact that I create my own reality. I see myself as I truely am and it is magnificent! I am closing the gap betweem me and ME! I am everexpanding. I love me. I love my IB and my IB adores me! This is very good.

| WOW. This is an amazing forum. We live in a society that says "be modest", "don't compliment yourself" so we ignore our innate wonderfulness. I am soooo glad to hear others saying how much they love themselves and listing their magnificence (sp?) At first when I read people's posts I thought "wow, that's some ego" but then I realized that's what Abe teaches us, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for ourselves and others. This is the key to sending out and receiving the vibrations we want to attract. So keep on loving yourself and praising yourselves!!

| Shalisha, I have been studying Abraham for 2yrs or so. I just got back from an Abraham workshop a few minutes ago. Very impressive. Closing the gap. We need to appreciate the good things in our current life while maintaining a focus on what we have already become in the non physical. The way we do this is by focusing more on what is coming than what already is. What is coming is all our wants, dreams and desires; the big you. Use your imagination and virtual reality to see it and to feel it. You will begin to close the gap. Jerry

I love myself!
I love that as tired as I have felt today that I am not beating up on myself . I am just letting it be and knowing that tomorrow is another day...that I have been tired before and gotten over it, sometimes quickly. I can just keep my mind on other good feelings/activities like posting on the fourm...and that my ib , universal mananger will take care of my health/energy
ALL IS WELL!!!
I love that I am ok with missing my beloved monthly singles dance.   It feels soooo good to be able to just curl up and do nothing...And to let that be ok!!!!
I am wonderful and doing my best and it is ok that my freind has boundless energy and is going to the dance and was laughing and criticizing me for not feeling better  . She does not know my IB or what is best for me but my IB does and I am listening to it!!
Yeah for me!!! This is new for me to allow myself to be other than 100%===How wondeful of me!!!I am growing and remembering that I am Source and sooo all is well!!!!

The workshops are fun. Jerry and Ester travel the country doing these workshops it seems to me like every week. the schedule and pricing is on the Abraham website. Abraham speaks to the audience and then people have the chance to go up front to ask questions.  Jerry
