My body is strong
My body is healthy
I have great flexibility
I am a dancer!
It's official!
I LOVE dancing!
I love dancing for other people!
It feels so joyful to dance to music I love
And I love my fitness routine music
It's a really good mix
I have good choreography
I have been practicing
Now that I have a goal, a concrete goal
I know that I will make it happen!
I will allow it to happen
I will enjoy the process of getting ready for this competition
It is a pleasure to think of myself on stage
It is a pleasure to think of myself performing this routine!
I remember the first time I ever saw a fitness competitor
It looked like she was having so much fun!
I thought, I want to do that!
and now, I'm so close to doing it!
I can do it!
If i have an idea in my mind, it can be manifested!
I can look the way I look and do the competition
I'm not doing it for the judges
i don't care what the judges think!
i really don't!!!!
HOW NICE TO KNOW THAT~!!!!
i want to do this competition for myself!!!!
it's for ME that I'm doing it!
To do a fitness routine onstage!
I know it will be good!
I'm fun to watch!
I have all these different qualities that will make me a good performer!
I can get costumed so that my body is shown off to it's best advantage
There is NO COMPETITION
There's no comparison
Not in my mind, anyway.
I have a lot of personality!
I'm a showboat!
I know that!
I'm not ashamed of it anymore!
I embrace it!!!
It's who I am!
I like it!
And it really helps me to have a fitness goal!
I'm going to do this fitness competition regardless of what my body looks like!
If my body looks exactly the way it looks today, it will be okay!
My body is beautiful today!!!
Over 4000 people on YouTube have seen me dance!!!
Some of them more than once!!!
I am a dancer!
I want to do this competition because I want to and have wanted to, and I have what it takes!
I'm strong
I'm quick
I'm beautiful
I'm flexible
I'm graceful
I'm a character!
I can do this!
And i just know that now that I have COMMITTED to doing this competition, this specific competition, it will all go really well for me!
It already is!!!!

You are in the flow and allowing your magnificence! It is fun that you move your body joyfully and allow the energy to move thru you!!
Your energy will captivate and delight your audience!! You ARE fun to watch!! I love that you are doing this for the joy of the experience, the adventure, and the physical performance!!

I love dancing!
I love the beat of my own heart to the music
I love how I can dance until I cant stop, until my heart is flooding with joy!
I love the feeling of blood pumping through my veins to the music
I love the bang bang bang of the music
I love the freedom of dancing eight hours in a club
I love dancing to the music of my joyful spirit
I love watching others dance in ecstacy
I love dancing with my friends
I can dance for eight hours or more
I love dancing around my apartment
I love dancing to all types of music
I love watching Leslie dance because she is a free spirit and a free dancer, like me
Nothing makes me happier than a good dance
If I could dance for the rest of my life, I would be happy!
Yipeeeeeeeeeeee for dance!

I love the freedom of dancing eight hours in a club, I love the exhileration of dancing with a group of people who all came together in Paris just for the joy of dance
I love how people laugh and have fun and dance with me, and I love how easy going people are in clubs!
I love feeling so safe to dance with joy and in a place of total bliss
I love dancing to the music of my joyful spirit
I love watching others dance in ecstacy
I love dancing with my friends, with strangers, with old and young people
I love dancing with my mother in the kitchen and my grandmother at a wedding
I love watching my sister cha cha dance, she makes everyone laugh especially my dad as she kicks up her legs like a girl in the 1920s, she is so much fun
I can dance for eight hours or more
I love dancing around my apartment
I love dancing to all types of music
I LOVE dancing!
I love dancing freely in a club, in a room
I love when I just jump up and break into dance with friends!
I love being free to dance and have fun whenever I want
I love doing funny dance moves to make people laugh (I make myself laugh)
I love making people laugh when I dance!
I love dancing with people who love dance, strangers and friends
I love how dance brings out a person's joy

| What a perfect thread. I'm going dancing tonight on the eve of my birthday and I know I'm going to have the most amazing time. I loved watching the Abe Video of guys dancing and Leslie you were so amazing the way you just let your body move the music. I love music and I love my body and I love the connection it has to music that it just wants to be set free and to let the music take over. I love how natural dance is, I love how my niece is always dancing. I love how she hears music and just starts to move. I love how she always reminds me that there is music on and wonders why I'm not dancing. I love what a perfect teacher she is and I love that I re-discovering myself through dance. I love that I am learning to listen to my body more. I love that I let my body do what it likes and it rewards me by being so perfectly beautiful and healthy and vibrant. I love looking forward to this evening. I love pre-paving by doing this rampage and feeling good about what is going to happen. I love how wonderful it will be to see all my friends and dance to my favourite songs. I'll that all the songs will be perfect and I'll just have the energy to keep going and going and going. I love that I'll be looking so amazingly gorgeous and so will everyone else and we will have the best time. I love how good it feels to stand in the delicious anticipation of it knowing full well that it is done. The universe will deliver even better than I imagined. Thanks Leslie, Lucy and Steph for your delicious inspiring words. I love dance.
