I love segment intending!
There is no faster way to seeing my creative power, than intending the next segment.
I love to pause my Being for a sec and feel what it is I want from the next segment, and then I love seeing it come to me. I appreciate how practiced at it I've become. I am so proud of it.
I love feeling the expectation developing in me that good things are supposed to happen to me.
I appreciate having developed such high expectation in some areas I don't even feel like doing any segment intending for that anymore. Haha!
I love knowing that when I expect something, I get it! I appreciate myself for starting to understand the power of expectation. I love knowing that this is how it's supposed to be. I am cheering for myself! Oh, it feels SO GOOD!
I appreciate this tool of segment intending, it has been a priceless way of showing me the amazing power of deliberate intent.
I love how it consciously keeps me in a segment just before the next segment, and when I enter it, I let it go and keep being amazed at what's it doing. I mean WHAT'S IT DOING. I can intend happy people around me, I can intend a smooth traffic flow, I can intend to find what I am looking for, I can intend seeing what I want to see or hearing what I want to hear, or FEELING the way I want to feel, I can intend a group laughter and it will HAPPEN. I can intend anything I want and so it will be. And this is only the beginning!!!
I feel so appreciative of Abraham teachings, I am so happy to be living at this time this space, tasting the deliciousness of what I've come here for. I am so happy I wanna cry, I am so happy.
This is so COOL. Whenever I find myself doing nothing, and feeling not so good about it, I choose to think and feel my desires, and damn does it feel productive! And I just love seeing my life changing from one of more action into one of more thinking and feeling.
I love it, and I love it so much, I feel like I am going to burst with joy any second!

I looooooooooooove segment intending too! I love using it for:
--parking spaces
--medical visits
--shopping
--my workday
--communicating with others
--looking for inspiration!

Oh wow. Segment intending is pure gold. I love how amazing and wonderful it is. I love how easy it is for me to do this and I am absolutely blown away by the amazingly wonderful results. It feels so good to live my life deliberately and to take time to get aligned with what I would like to see moment to moment to moment. I love how good it feels to pre-pave things and to have them turn out even better than I ever expected.
I love being such a wonderful deliberate creator, I love wanting things and seeing them come into my experience. I love this beautiful way of creating and drawing things into my life that I desire and enjoy. I love how powerful I feel now that I know how to do this. I love how beautiful my Universe has become and how I can just go through life choosing to experience only the things that I want. I love how the Universe often surpasses my desires bringing to me only those things that I truly want. I love that my VE has been wonderfully wonderfully crafted by all the rockets of desire I have been sending up and I love that I can now deliberately allow them into my life segment by segment. I love how good this process makes me feel. I love how good it feels to know that I control my own destiny. I love how I get to do this every day moment by moment. It is so good to let go of the oars and let this stream of well being carry me. I love my life, I love feeling so empowered. I love being me. It is soooo sooooo sooooooo good to be me.

Segment Intending is awesome! I want to be more consistent with it, but when I do remember to do it, things turn out SO well! These are the times when I love to use it:
Before a workout- it helps me stay energized and it makes my workout time fly!
Before entering a club for a night out- my friend Tanya and I do this all the time and we always have a GREAT time when we do this. We manifest free drinks, discounted entry fees, free parking spots, great music, we also meet all kinds of wonderful people, too!
Before I enter my worplace- things run smoothly, my interactions are harmonious, the workday flies by!
Before I go shopping- I find what I want quickly and usually on sale, too!
Before I fall asleep- I sleep deeply, have lovely dreams, and I wake up feeling great!
Before I listen to an Abraham-Hicks CD- I seem to get more out of my listening sessions and I feel as though I learn more, too!

I love catching myself when I'm putting something that I don't want in my pie and choosing to intend something different. Something yummy and delicious and more in line with the wonderful Goddess of a creator that I am.
I love the Abe quote that constantly reminds me that while I may feel that I have a good reason for getting upset over something/ anything it is never a good ENOUGH reason to cut myself off from Source. Never ever.
I so love frolicking in delicious wonderful lovely Source Energy. I love choosing to walk in alignment with my desires, moment to moment to moment. I love my wonderful ability to do this especially through the amazingly fantabulous process of intending good things to happen segment, by segment, by segment.
I love that I know how to do this. I love that I constantly and consistently remember to do this. I love how it feels to do this all the time. I love that I am about to move from this Segment of Appreciating Segment Intending into so many more wonderful Segments. It is so good to be me and so good to live this empowered charmed life. I am so glad that I get to do this.
I love my shiny beautiful happy pappy life!It really is great to be me.

 I asked for a little help from my IB last nite...
.........and opening AAIG right up to the section on segment intending!

I love it, love it, love it. I feel like a super talented director that has been given carte blance, and a blank cheque to just let their imagination go wild on a super blockbuster moviw. The best thing though is that this is not just a movie, its MY wonderfully, amazing blissfully abundant REAL LIFE.
It feels so wonderful to be set free and to have creative control of all my moments. I love how good it feel to know that all those wonderful segments are lining up before so that I can craft them in the masterpieces of my life. I love being able to do this all the time. I love how wonderful it makes me feel.
I love filling my world with beautiful moments and wonderful people. I love all the people on these boards and how good they are at finding wonderful gems of light and inspiration and how great they are at spreading the love and lighting up the whole world with their infectioous empowering JOY.
I love my life. I love how good it feels to be me and I love taking creative control and infusing each moment with my delicious energy and with all the wonderful fun creations of my wonderful imagination. I love turning thoughts into reality and I love how good it feels to deliberately and consciously do this, moment to moment to moment. Segment intending ROCKS BIGTIME!

This is sooooooo COOL!!
I did it! I segment intended my sleep and it was delicious and I awoke happy!
Then I segment intended most of my morning and
..........It soooo worked!!
I forgot a few times ... and then when I remembered, I'd set an intention to remember at the end om my next segment ...
and that worked!!!
and just an hour ago I went to make a difficult phone call and as dialed, I paused, hung up the phone and wrote down my intentions.....
and..... it was the most awesome phone call ever! Pleasant, efficient and quick!
 Everything I had asked for!!
and... just like you wrote Ashvata.....

Yes  I've felt this, but I never put it into words. Thanks, Jerry!

I am amused at SEEing parking lots that others don't see, and it is so funny because you really can see with your own eyes that when you are aligned, you see things that others don't.
***Another thing I've come to understand is that creating other segments of Life, which seem more distant in the future, isn't any different than segment intending in the moment. Segment intending in the moment only helps us get the hang of our power and builds our trust. It shows that there is absolutely no difference between trusting bigger things and trusting small things to happen. When you intend it, it happens, be it a button or a castle. You intend it and let it come, intend it and let it come, intend it and let it come - how easy is that! Oh, I LOVE this game!
