Yes to Pilates classes 3 times a week!
Yes to a trip to Sedona for an Abraham-Hicks workshop and getting to sit in the "hot seat".
Yes to learning how to ride a motorcyle !
Yes to traveling to Bologna, Italy to buy a couple of custom motorcyles from the Ducati factory!
Yes to learning to speak French and Japanese!
Yes to learning how to DJ and being able to play in clubs and at events just for the fun of it!

i just want to say how AWESOME this word yes is ! Thanks for reminding me Natasha ! Today as i walked up a hill that i havnt walked up i months ( all covered in snow and i was pushing darlingson 18 months in stroller ) i started to say these words in my mind " YES- i have strong lean long legs" and i had such an energy boost !
I began to feel more and more powerful and strong as i said it more and more -' yes...yes..YES ! ' ......and i walked for ages and ages - up and up !
so once again, thanks you all for reminding me the power of 'yes' !

Yes to more skiing! I think I am in love with the sport! Yes to my fabulous pair of new skis! Yes to the sweet, sunny, warm weather we had yesterday for skiing!

YES to loving and appreciating myself exactly where I am right now.
YES to allowing myself and loving myself in every single way.
YES to showering myself with LOVE! YES to letting others shower me with LOVE!
YES to opening the door to allowing even more into my experience for us all to bask in and have fun with!
YES to my daughter's fabulous trip to PARIS and LONDON (she is there right now enjoying every single moment). I am so happy for her! She is so worthy of this!
YES to the sweet moments my younger daughter and I are sharing this week as she savours being an only child for a bit! YES to it bringing us even closer! YES to spoiling her this week!
YES to the perfect red rose I bought for myself yesterday. It is exquisite! YES to more perfect roses!

I love how the Universe is always saying Yes to me. Yes to what I want. I have been seeing this a lot lately and I love how saying a huge resounding YES!!!!!!! just draws more and more of that yummy good stuff into my life.
Yes to a wonderful, loving, nurturing, challenging, fun, exciting, leading edge, relationship with the man of my dreams. Yes to more growth and expansion, yes to wonderful co-creation and yes to a beautiful life together. Yes! Yes! Yes!
Yes to more money than I know what to do with and lovely fun unlimited, unbridled shopping sprees. Yes to living in a Universe where money comes easily and frequently. Yes to releasing all my resistance around money. Yes to more, more, more. 
Yes to wonderful fun holidays and travel to all sorts of wonderful exciting places. Yes to staying at the best resorts and to having the most wonderful experiences and most delicious memories 
Yes to being myself, yes to loving myself so so so much. Yes to figuring out the perfect way to deal with my wonderful bushy, bouncy, springy hair. Yes keeping it long and healthy and beautiful and manageable.  Yes to deliciously huge and beautiful and manageable afros. Yes to a totally wonderful way of expressing myself.
Yes to a wonderful life filled with fun moments and beautiful people. Yes to wonderful fun loving friends,  yes to wonderful spaces such as this one where I can just let go and let myself be.  Yes to good times. Yes to celebrations.  Yes to a good life. Yes to living the dream. Yes to me. Yes to everything that I want.
Yes to appreciation. Yes to lovely rampages for all the wonderful things that I am currently enjoying in my experience. Yes to all those delicious things in my VE that I am letting in.
