Looking for things to appreciate and praise:
(as I wrote that my bf walked by naked on his way to the hot tub, I think that qualifies!)
Last night's dinner, I threw together with titito guidance, was in the Vortex delicious!
Last night's movie, Moscow on the Hudson, which I had never seen before, was quite delightful.
And I'm so glad I let go of what I wanted to watch and allowed.
I'm appreciating that my Source self woke me up earlier today just as I had desired and asked.
I appreciate that I know that nothings more important than the joy of my own connection to my Source self, than feeling good.

Today I appreciate that J called to tell me he had a dream about me, which was very helpful to me
I love that R called yesterday to tell me he's bringing champagne to celebrate my birthday
I love that my daughters and grandchildren came yesterday and we had a fun lunch and afternoon
I loved J's meeting last night, where he shared so much of himself.

Today I appreciate that I work today and then have tomorrow off
I love that my sister and her boyfriend are coming tomorrow and taking me to dinner.
I love that I have such a dear friend, J.
I love that we have medications, like aspirin which help us to "allow" relief
I love that the weather was so gorgeous yesterday and will probably be so today also

I love that today is an absolutely beautiful day! I saw my first daffodils of the season blooming today!!! and the beautiful plum trees are loaded with pink blossoms!! the birds are so joyfully announcing spring!! the contrast of a bitter cold winter makes spring all the sweeter!

Last night I was a match to some contrast that kicked my little rear out of my vortex....that joy of my connection with my Source self.
UGH...LOL.
So anyways, here I am, proud of myself, loving myself for reaching for a relief...I appreciate and praise me for that!
I appreciate that the last thing before sleep and the first thing this morning was that.
I appreciate the quote in my email this morning which confirms what I know. It's perfect guidance. I cannot make anything happen. I gotta let it happen. Aaaaaaaaaaah.
It's not my work to make anything happen. I just got to dream it and let it happen. Aaah, my work is to feel good.
It's a good thing to feel relief.
I love and appreciate that yesterday M had me cracking up laughing at L's silly story during meditation.
I love that my IB brought that same child-like laughing at the "grown up" resistance right in the middle of my angst at L, and reaching for relief.
OMS, it feels like relief to give him the BIG: 
I'm thinking about Abraham answering "why are grownups so ornery?"
Aaaah I'm going back to   playing.
I'm gonna sing  I'm gonna dance  I'm gonna skip I'm gonna bask  today!
And I'm gonna eventually be back to  adoring that rascal and seeing him through rose colored Source adoring  and appreciate the contrast and know it's all wonderful data; take the bounce, realize it's all about Me and me...but where I am is GOOD....sticking also to my mantra "Life is GOOD" no matter what my 5 physical senses indicate, Well Being abounds! I always get what I want.
Okay time to listen to some  and SING it girlfriend  .

Perfect manifestation!
I just went to do what I said; listen to some music on my mp3 player; I turned it on and it had been paused right on some Abraham and I just heard exactly what I need for more downstream thoughts .It was about the lady who snored and she was uncomfortable in what she was doing that didn't please others. Haha, I LOVE what Abraham said was on the other end of the stick. NOT, pleasing others, of course ~ BUT what was on the other end of the stick is
I LOVE MY SOURCE CONNECTION, PERIOD!
This was precisely my situation, minus the snoring, but others wanting me to please them and me being uncomfortable with what I think they are thinking or know what they are thinking cause they are telling me.
I'm appreciating this perfectly orchestrated Abraham Q & A, guidance, that I am a cooperative component too.
I appreciate L for the contrast where I can practice not giving a rip, and LOVE MY SOURCE CONNECTION, period!

I Love that this feeling is connection to God! what a fabulous way to live.......life continues to be delightfully delicious!!

I love this new color "newaqua."
I love how busy I have been here on the forum and off the forum as well doing so many things that are enjoyable and satisfying and fun.
I love how I've been so busy that it took me till 7:40pm, my time, to post in this beautiful appreciation thread.
I love how I've been appreciating all day long, yet I still love to come here as well.
I love how titito I feel.
I love how much synchronicity I am experiencing and am aware of.
I love how EVERYTHING is guidance and a vibrational indicator for me.
I love how my relationship is morphing into my VR relationship.
I love how much expansion and contrast is available in my relationship.
I love how much joy and satisfaction and abundance and love and appreciation and playfulness and fun and contentment is available to me in my relationship.
I love the meal I cooked tonight. What a pleasure and what fun it is to cook blended with my Source self.
I love how free I am to eat and enjoy whatever I want.
I love how free I am to enjoy my life.
I love how much PLAY I have manifested and aligned with.
I love how it is continuing to grow and grow and grow.
I love that my friend Michael has totally morphed into my PLAYMATE. It's wondrous. We greet each other with our thumbs on our noses and wiggling our other fingers. What FUN. What a JOY to be spiritual and not serious!!!
I love knowing that ALL REALLY IS WELL so that I am free to PLAY.
I love knowing that nothing serious is going on.
I love my Source self's humor and laughing at seriousness.
I love my child-like feeling.
I love being free and not giving a rip.
I love living more in my VR then in my PR.
I love that someone here knows what the heck that means...
I love my connection to ME...I love being ME and ME, blended...

 I love God who is my Universe!
I love Abe's Forum....it's vibrations are better than delicious chocolate.
I love David's alignment ~ and align sign that moves across the Universe in total alignment and well being.
I love this thread because it feels good and makes me happy!
I love being appreciative and joyful to be able to have what I have and do my joyful humble chores because I can.
I love that I can send loving energies all across the Universe and right back to me. All this and more feels good and makes me happy.
I love that I do listen to my wonderful insights.
I love how I won twenty dollars in the scratch off game yesterday.
I love how I can smile and feel the joy of others making their joy my very own happiness.
I love that I am who I am! I love my family & friends!

Good morning (here)
I appreciate the delicious granola with hazelnuts, bananas, yogurt, currants that my boyfriend's son provided.
I appreciate this interesting and different experience I am having visiting my boyfriend's son in Berkley; living with 3 other room mates; and what is unfolding.
I appreciate that I can control my thoughts and feelings about my experience and allow, no matter where I am, that my life is good.
I so appreciate that I am freer than ever to allow others and not make any one wrong or needing to be fixed or changed.
I so appreciate that I am well practiced in not giving a rip about what others think of me and caring more about my connection and how I feel; not asking anything or anyone to change.
I appreciate how today is going to be an adventure of taking public transportation and walking from where we are to the San Fransisco's Farmer Market. I positively expect that it will be fun and interesting and satisfying and a joyful experience because life is supposed to be good.
I appreciate how I aligned with my computer working and how I know that everything is about my alignment.
I appreciate knowing and believing that beliefs are just thought I keep on thinking. That any physical evidence outside of me is just a manifestation, and temporary and malleable and ever changing, to support my beliefs and expectations.
I appreciate knowing that if what I am experience does not feel good or is not what I prefer that I can indeed change it by aligning with what I want and expecting it to morph into what I want.
I appreciate the opportunity to practice what I know and believe today in a different expansive experience and no matter where I am or what I am doing that the laws of the Universe remain the same, consistent for sure; and that my connection to my Source self is also always.
I appreciate that I am centering myself in what I know and believe and practice and experience; I love and appreciate myself and I deserve the best and to feel good and to expand and to have outrageous joy and to actualize who I have become and to feel and use my empowerment.
I appreciate knowing that there is nothing serious going on, I am here for the adventure and the joy of the journey.
Life is Good.
