Lee is right. Sometimes (rarely) an original poster (the person who starts the thread) requests it, or we feel the thread has gone off topic , we (David or I) might close the thread. In those cases there will be no "reply" button. The thread remains on the boards, but is closed to further posts. In the case of the thread you mentioned, I tried to bring it back around to the topic of Abraham-Hicks, but when it didn't seem to lend itself to going there, I decided to close it.
We won't discuss the "rightness" or "wrongness" of closing any particular thread (or any other moderating decision) on the open forum, but I always welcome comments by PM....
Thanks for asking! Others might have wondered what the deal is with "closed" threads as well.
