Frankly I believe that a good cookie is underrated and a small waistline is overrated! Pass that plate again, please!
One of these years I'll believe Abraham when they say that what you eat does not have to effect your weight, but until that hefty (pun intended) programming wears off, I'll go ahead and take the cookie anyway!
I miss your little boy picture. Will you post it in the thread?

I like your new Avatar, I must say that it is
hard for me
when you people change Avatars(ups, I do it myself, too)
because I don't always know you by the name that well
so this is some catch.
But still your new Avatar is likable.
I like to see you people!!!
How you look like.
It is also fine that pictures -avatars are changing.
There should be some history of Avatars,
so we can easily remember each other.

I came to this point.
It is really truth.
First i followed my believes about eating
to came to the weight I wanted
and I was following the rules
of my belief
and than after living this way( I also chosed not to follow rules
that were hard to follow )
I realized that it was my belief that created my body
as I wanted it to, and
than I realized that my believes are just a joke.
I realized that I can eat whatsoever how ever, and
My body stays the same.
But first process of following my believes helped me
to create my body as I believed at that moment would be
when I do that,
and when I was so relaxed about my body, when I reached system
that works forever, I realized system was not needed anymore.

Actually, I think David's hair (and the rest of him too) is still is very McDreamy-like, .... you guys all see that too, right?

As for this thread, it all started because I "complained" (I know, ) that when people changed their avatars I didn't know who they were anymore. That's why the thread, written a few weeks later, is called what it is. I decided to take the plunge. My avatar for the past year has been this one:

 It's true. My daughter was looking at the pictures from David's visit and she said "David is very photogelical" (English isn't her first language so she comes out with some funnies sometimes!  )
And yes, Carol, you may save to your heart's content. The cool thing about digital technology - there is always another "copy" where that came from!!
