Hey...Going With the Flow In LA....
Yes!...i have heard this workshop...borrowed from a friend who bought the set,
since i understand the process well enough for my own experiments AND experience.....i was sitting there listening...almost holding my breath....WAITING to HEAR any WORDS that match up with what i know to be "True for me"....even though all the words spoken, had merit, sometimes the info seemed a bit vague.
if i am remembering correctly....it might have seemed that way to me, only because of HOW the question was posed by the person in the HOT SEAT, rather than any other reason.
but there tons of teachers and books/materials out there for anyone "wanting more"....learning techniques to SHIFT HIGHER....feel that connection!
since you are "getting movement"....how great! i would find that very interesting indeed! i don't "get" anything close to that!!!
but as i discovered for myself...to ENHANCE what i AM "getting"....but wanting to bring more "of that" IN....i will DO "that more"....
as i wrote above....for me...there are 3 to 4 things that i discovered over the years are frequnecy matches to me....to connect HIGH.
IF you are "getting" something as physical, as movement....i wonder IF you could DO MORE movement....a physical body movement, like gentle slow dancing....or soft arm movements...similar to hula dancers, but without all the fast paced hip jiggling....just soft waving motions....????!
would that heighten your exerience of divine connection?
just a ponder....??!

I just finished reading The Witch of Portebello and it's about a woman that is a free spirit and learns of her gypsy heritage and it explains to her why she dances and sways to music to get her connection to the divine, which they called the Great Mother. She felt a call within her to dance and flow to music and this was how she channeled her spirit. It was a fiction, but I loved the Abe likeness it had at times and how this free spirit made her way in a world that had a low opinion of gypsies and still felt the power of her spirit bring her forward in her journey to be herself and express herself in dance and to be proud of her heritage and artform of dance and it's expression it contained!
Our spirits evidentally have all sorts of ways to express themselves! I've not read a fiction for years, but I pointed my finger in the book in two spots and it gave the go ahead to read it as it resonated with me. It brought up such beautiful thoughts and visions of how our inner beings could express themselves in an exotic artful way through dance.

JOY....i jotted down a few notes here....i hope you can apply these points, BACK to that unbelieveably long post....(others reading this...YOU BRAVE SOULS....please bear with us here....thanks for being so patient!)
i am going to number each little entry i jotted down....i am sure you can figure it out that way, i did not comment on EACH blue entry you made, only the important bits i wanted to answer, or make more clear, etc.
1. ....jcsu-speak....is not jesus christ....just ME....as in: JULIE-SPEAK!
i tend to shoot-from-the-hip....and twist words up sometimes to make them "my own"....someone long ago (high school years) called this "julie-speak"....and it stuck! (i have the "jcsu" thing going here on the forum...so i was just following suit!)
2. pendulums....yes!....once primed properly, can aid one to get all kinds of questions answered....."testing" or other-wise.
3. yes...I was "getting" very clear "ideas" to write here, i just stayed OPEN to THIS FLOW OF WORDS and kept typing! my proof-reading BEFORE posting, only spelled things correctly and added commas etc. so THOSE words were just "bubbling forth".
4. the term "ASK HIGH"...came "IN" to me...during a very early angel/automatic writing session....."they" used this over and over....like: HIGH....UP HIGH...GO HIGH...ASK HIGH, etc.
5. ok...listen:...."i am getting this"....NO...YOU MISSED THE KICK-OFF POINT SOME, IT IS; READ READ READ! (does that make any sense to you?)
6. "head games" might be "earth-bound-crap going on"...at some level you must be a "slight" frequency match to this....BRING IN "the white light of the Divine" to protect you at all times...a powerful ASK, most folks forget to do! that ASK, will work to keep "low energies" at bay.
7. really? "More Blaring????".....or maybe it is "MORE CLARITY" you seek, instead. well ASK for THIS....even put a "slight" edge to IT....DEMAND CLARITY! say THANK YOU ( X3) and move on! that ASK....no matter "how edgy" will be honored....just be patient for reply/answer/message to roll in.
8. Automatic-art...."all good" of course.....using any arm-movement to get the juices flowing...this can aid you to SHIFT into "right-brain" mode....where those HIGH pulses come through.
9. sometimes, in my experience...a "visual" is just an arrow pointing to "semthing-or-other" to remind one "YOU ARE CONNECTED TO DIVINE!".....honor this, and CLEARER stuff will following on the heels of the "early stuff". everything in baby-steps! NO "jumping the gun"!! also....famous line..."practice makes perfect"....
10. "Ho-Hum"....sure..."GO there"...and "DO that"....but, you actually might be SO OVERLY excited anyway, that THAT frequency is SEEPING OUT....slipping "under the door" as it were. energy/frequency can NOT be faked or masked out...so what is SEEPING OUT will over-power the "ho-hum" part you "think" you ARE "putting out there"....i have; "been there, done that".....the RIGHT FREQUENCY is what sets the deal here....and THAT is what hauls "what-ever" IN!
11. ok...CALM DOWN SPARKY!!! YOU really don't WANT to be "like ME".....no, no, NO! NOT like me....or anyone else, mind you!! that is just your excitement getting the better of you. YOU are YOU, fingerprints and DNA prove this on a physical level....and there is an "energy print" of YOU, and only you....on ALL levels...as "you are ONE with everything else"....so NOW STOP YOURSELF in your tracks...and repeat after me: "I AM GLAD I AM EXACTLY HOW THE UNIVERSE PUT ME TOGETHER>>>LOCK-STOCK-& BARREL...I AM THE BEST "ME"-THAT THERE EVERY WILL BE-HOLY COW MARGE!" (ok...maybe USE your own verbage!) but see my point here? no one else came here to be YOU....except....well.....Y-O-U/Joy! keep this in the fore-thought of your earth-suit experience...the earth-suit with those unique fingerprints and DNA...and you occupy ever so briefly!
12. "mother not believe you"....say...all of that IS ok....my life has moved along a path, exposed to all kinds of things, because i had to search and search and learn about personal TRUTH rather than simply take up where everyone else left off! "everything happens for a reason"...."there are NO mistakes!"....again...."all good!" i made PEACE with any "childhood woes" oh...so very long ago!
13. ALL BIG STUFF....you want to know about....ASK HIGH, it will come in....my take on this IS...."it" couldn't just easily come through a "hired-gun" (the paid psychic) because what, then you have to strieve for? besides....YOU can DO THIS!!! and it will come IN...all because YOU STILL WANT TO KNOW MORE! (calling IT forth!)
14. fore-warning....ok...heads up here....there can be NO fore-warning!! any psychic who claims to be able to do this....is a fake! there is NO FUTURE....there is only NOW...which second by second....leads one....to a "possible future" even if that future is only 5 minutes hense....let alone next week OR next year! there are zillions of choices within your day....every choice will lead you down "that future"....second by second/minute by minute and so on. ONE YEAR of earth time, really is ONLY a "pile" of seconds hooked together. don't even waste your money asking the "hired gun"...they are only getting the "vibe" of ONE POSSIBLE FUTURE OUTCOME based on what-ever frequency you are "putting out" the second you asked that type of question. any good psychic would tell you this. day one....you will get answer A, day two, answer B, day three, answer A + B....and so on. got that now? YOU make up what-ever FUTURE YOU WANT!!! based on right here and right now!! this is only a "CHOICE!"...one mere second piled up on another second....never ends.....
15. head's up!! there is NO BAD STUFF out there....no! "bad stuff" is ONLY a perception! everything is ONLY ENERGY....if you are putting out..."FEAR OF BAD STUFF IN MY FUTURE"...then guess what the "bad stuff" UNIVERSE-cat will drag home? suprise! here is a tack that can alter this view...ever-so-slightly it can change a strong-ish negative frequency into a mild "ok" one....if you said something like: "unpleasant stuff"....example; a car wreck is BAD STUFF, right? OR is it...merely "unpleasant"? but maybe the tow truck driver will be your future mate, and IF it hadn't been for the car wreck, you would have never met! "unpleasant stuff"....therefore FEELS less NEGATIVE, and seems only "slightly annoying" and therefore something one can handle/do-able!
16 "will you tutor me?" sure! but let's call "it" something other than tutoring, ok? I will send to you, my home e-mail...we can chat there all you want....just remember i am NO WISER than YOU!!! maybe i have just jumped through a few more hoops....some ON FIRE.....that is all.
17. "to be respectful for what you want to receive".....did i jot this down correctly?? if i did...then....HOLY COW MARGE!!....listen up....you-JOY-HUMAN BEAN>>>>>YOU ARE GOD STUFF/Source Material/Pure Energy at your very core>>>>>>THUS, dear one.....believe me when i REMIND YOU....YOU DESERVE EVERYTHING!!! rather like this visual....inside a lovely large mansion....and YOU at one of those super long dining room tables....footmen all around, WAITING PATIENTLY to spring into action at your slightest request.....you....ring the little table dinner bell.....and FOOD and drink and party folks, all come forth......(i know you have seen movies, with images like this- here "visual" of mine)....THAT is a perfect summary of YOU, being WORTHY OF EVERYTHING that can be called in, BY YOU....ring the bell!....ASK.....and it HAS to come!....plus YOU DESERVE IT!!
18. "to digest all you said here".....sure! a re-read is probably a good idea. want any book titles or other materials? sure thing!!...just an "ask away"! (are you a reader-type?...or not?) it seems i am a bit wordy, but IF we were in the same room, this "conversation" would play out FAR differently and with "less of my take on things"...and more from you....the one problem i find on these forums...to be clear, i FEEL a strong urge to give mnay examples, etc. i don't think/speak in short choppy sentences, so i can't write that way either. my written words flow as i talk....but this is ONLY one sided, so seems "off" in ways that bug me.(never mind, my little prattle....)
19. "testing is fine!...IN fact to NOT TEST anything is silly/even stupid....don't be a followingthe-herd-SHEEP....no! THINK for yourself....FOLLOWING your own FEELINGS....no matter what anyone says, proclaims is RIGHT, or demand you to BELIEVE! NO! you are here to experince stuff...based only on "free will"/your choices. that is it. i tend to "test" with a pendulum. MY little "pendy" goes everywhere i go, always in my right front pocket (i am right handed, and i USE this one to HOLD the chain)(more about this another time) but here is a great TEST to use...cheap and easy to....STOP....breathe....and ASK HIGH...."IS THIS ****** RIGHT FOR ME NOW?"...and allow that to sink in a few seconds....and FEEL the answer in your gut area. NOT in the head....no! FEELINGS are lower....in the torso....maybe in heart region, but in my experience, it is in the belly region where most folks FEEL IT.
20. hey...."no envy" babe!!! that has a negative frequency aspect to it! maybe try "to desire"....far better freq/vibe with that! LESS GREEN TOO! by the way....EVERYTHING you desire IS RUSHING RIGHT TO YOU....your STRONG EMOTIONAL WANT.....is SO POWERFUL....you are right there...and "IT" is just around the corner....rather than across an ocean! i had to figure out tons of things on my own...as very little was printed in books yet....YOU are here at a time and place...where info FLOWS everywhere....look at this ONE SITE....geez....everyone HERE called this to BE HERE RIGHT NOW....and "it" calls in others....those out there ASKING HIGH for their own questions....about "this and so".....soon this site will be found, and WOW they will think....where did all this come from...i was LOOKING everywhere for this stuff!!! i must be IN HEAVEN! (frequency matching....that is all)
21. YES! ALL is ENERGY....science guys (and gals) are proving this all over the place, with math equations and everything! most new proven stuff...can be still...a bit of a mind bender in our 3-D EARTH brains....AND in such a short amount of time,too...far less that 100 years....WE/humans....have shifted enough to be able to "think" ourselves into technology after technology, and have also PROVED so MUCH, and about such a wide variety of subjects, it is truly amazing!
22. i don't need to "pick up" anything from your guides....they ARE right there...every day....like "flies on fly paper"....they are STUCK right there ON YOU, but they do HAVE TO WAIT in the wings....stage "right"........free will, you see....prevents them from stepping in/ prevents them from doing anything at all....other than pulse out "LOVE"....you have to ASK for guidance. even after you have asked, and guidance is given, it still comes really as "a suggestion"...rather than a "YOU HAVE TO DO SUCH AND SO, BECAUSE I SAID SO"! you are always in the control seat...and have the final say so....granted you are also the ONLY ONE, who will have to bear the reprecussions.....it was YOUR choice, thus your fall-back as well. they are just un-seen "side-line coaches" like at a baseball game! that is all.
23. i jotted down here...."no arguing"....nothing else did i write! but, anyway..."arguing" has aspects of negativity....shift that HIGHER, into positive realms. pop quiz...."How would YOU/Joy do that?".....wait a second.....wait another second.....hang on.....OK...NOW...what is the FIRST IDEA that POPPED INTO YOUR HEAD/Feeling Center? Do THAT....without second guessing this...OR (what i call) "left-brain-ing it".....because then the power of HIGH CONNECTION will have been lost! that FIRST impression....was your answer! therefore, "GO" and "DO" that impulse, no matter how silly/goofy/odd it may seem at first....IF you got...laugh, scream, fart, do 20 jumping jacks, walk the dog, take a nap...."they" are beaming down a suggested answer...and now you can try "IT" out or not. by doing that FIRST impressed notion, and trusting ITS positiveness.....MORE WILL FOLLOW!! of course, ONLY if it FEELS RIGHT TO YOU.....just a choice. but that choice will have an outcome, and so on. i have gotten to the point, a learned trust level....i ALWAYS drop everything and "DO THAT"....fun for me, to watch how this one simple action wll play out in ALL kinds of magic connected ways!
24. as i mentioned before....somewhere in that LONG POST...you will need to figure out how best to TUNE IN to your own HIGH GUYS...."inner being"....what-ever term you use. FEELING CENTER is first place i would practice on, getting to "know" and understand THAT area....but later....to fine-tune this idea a bit more...continue to tweak this, until you can understand "what is UP"....OR..."what is going on for YOU"...all day/every day....within a few minutes to mere seconds...understanding what you FELT. we are wired for this...it is our birth-right...we just FORGOT this aspect at some point along the way....easily re-learned...just a choice, to do so.
25. YOUR SKULL....imagined thickness, etc....is really ONLY a 3-D illusion....you are ENERGY. "they" the HIGH GUYS are ENERGY....therefore they will MESH with you in all kinds of ways! pay attention...expect the UN-expected!
26."hoping your inner being will meet up 'on-the-fly', rather than ritual"....ok....then "they" will. IF, on the other hand you created a little altar or sacred space, as your belief system allows you to....THAT location could be "ritual" enough....meaning this spot, would be a constant reminder to YOU...on all kinds of levels..to connect HIGH daily. you can be as "holy-water-ish" as you want.....or "on-the-fly-ish" as FEELS RIGHT TO YOU. all WAYS lead back to GOD/Source/UNIVERSE/YOUR INNER BEING
27. but "ON-the-FLY" or not, there is amazing strength and power in learning techniques to release mind-chatter(left brain)....and allow TIME to work in your favor....OPENING TO CONNECTIONS. 20 minutes, twice a day of silent practice...call this, what you want...doesn't matter....but know this...MIND CHATTER is "the death" to HIGH CONNECTIONS! therefore...it is only a choice to learn to sit quietly "without the chatter going non-stop"....or not.
28. "psychic"...yes! we are that ....because we are in 3-D earth suits...but are wired to STAY CONNECTED. "female intuition" is a real gig...."male intuition" as well! almost everyone loses aspects of this at some point in childhood/or in early teen years...various reasons why that happens, no judgment here at all....karmic stuff is one easy answer, there are thousands of reasons...as many reasons, as there are people, as everyone as their own experience of what is was like "being shut down"....if this happened in wee-babyhood....they usually have NO knowledge what-so-ever, sorry little fellows.....IF a "shut down" happens....around 7 or 8....many can recall bits and pieces about "before"....if as a pre-teen...of course MORE chances of re-remembering!
29. "what you are hearing in your head....smack down stuff"....ok....i get the little joke here....but really IF you sound like you are just talking to yourself....YES! a connection is happening! NOW...hang in there and "test the info"....does IT FEEL RIGHT FOR YOU? great!!....IF "good" then follow that path....IF on the other hand....what comes through...seems "OFF or ODD"....at all....NOPE! stop dead in your tracks!!!...and work through this...but never leave the FEELING CENTER...without GOOD FEELINGS! because, of course....that energy is a powerful aspect you NEED to have "hanging around your neck like a mink stole"!(rather than a mill-stone")
30. clouds....i didn't jot anything down other than that. what i WAS going to say...oopie....NOT with me now...so must be un-important!
31. we are NOW "awakening"....yessirreee-bob!...but choices to "go there" and "experience that"....not all will, sorry to say, but free will tells us....WE have to honor that choice...even within our own families.....sad to see it play out that way....but it can happen.
32. "to hover"....ew...my take on that word...a slightly-negative-frequency-pull to it, for me anyway.....since an expectation "hangs" right there with it. to try and stay....in a more "light-hearted" aspect/frequency....in a less HOVERING WAY, will shift this just enough, as to bring in positive frequency. po quiz number two....HOW best to do this????? eh???? DO tell!
33. THREE....also known as, the trinity....or the sacred number....(other names for three as well)......so yes! i have read a few years ago in a channeled work, that "3"....is the very number EARTH (a 3-D place) was set-up "under".....and vibrates to. (intersting to note...how this entry is written under "33"!)(there are NEVER any mistakes in THE UNIVERSE!)
34. "I HOPE that matches my frequency up for guidance".....did i jot this down correctly? "hope" can go either way....i am "getting this" HOPE as ever so slighty negative in frequency, in that it seems to point out that "maybe" you won't be a match....or WORTHY enough to match up. see, what i ma getting here? maybe alter this to: "I EASILY GET MATCHES TO MY GUIDES...WE ARE ALWAYS THE SAME FREQUENCY>>>>>ALWAYS!"
35. yes...."JOY".....POWERFUL word there, make no mistake! BE JOY;...be a JOY BEE....
36. oopie...."just lost a footing" you said near end...with the market basket bit. read again maybe...but here is a heads up....messages are/will be EASY!! if they are "a chore" to get or understand...maybe....that is NOT a REAL MESSAGE AT ALL....OR....maybe you are missing a piece of the WHOLE puzzle. ASK HIGH and get "it" played back to you. this whole thing is a game, to be sure....but a FUN GAME....NOT ment to be a scary/frustrating/annoying one at all!
37. the main message/s for our earth gig is basically this, as i have read and "found out"....(we are all receive this HIGH INFO all the time, over and over and over, in all kinds of ways)....it is so simple, we tend to over-look it; "LOVE"...."Love is ALL there is"...."there is nothing but LOVE"...."YOU are LOVE"...."LOVE IS YOU"...."BRING IN LOVE ENERGY UNTIL "your cup is over-flowing", thus LOVE WILL BE SHARED"...."LOVE HAS NO LIMIT!".....LOVE equals God/Source/UNIVERSE/LIGHT/'etc' ......how ever many ways to write out "love" statements.....(as many people we have "going" on Earth right now.)
think about IF everyone FELT LOVE in that FEELING CENTER...the pleasantness of this, the warm-fuzzy positive frequency giving out....wouldn't that be grand?

5. ok...listen:...."i am getting this"....NO...YOU MISSED THE KICK-OFF POINT SOME, IT IS; READ READ READ!I spent the last 2 years with my head buried in books from David Hawkins, Power vs. Force, to Gregg Braden's Divine Matrix, to 2 Psychic Books, Your soft intuition book, Numerology, and many many many more at Every single book Abe wrote even their children books and so many cd's and am glued to the Hayhouse radio programs each week. Abe whittled down what I wanted to read because nothing seemed to compare and I would always read something and ask what Abe would say about it and realized that I would hook up to Abe only because it felt so soothing and was simple and it resonated so well with me. I even reread all Abe's books and I really am CLUELESS what I am to read anymore. I even read Abe's journal on all subject and the Yahoo site to get more of a fix from Abe. I can't wait for their next book to come out which they delayed from March to August. Their last book came out on my birthday....a sign for sure for me! That's why I decided to read a fiction book, but it did give me the knowledge fix I like....it was entertaining but just didn't measure up to anything written by Abe. I am even going on the Mediterranean Cruise to see/hear Abe! I can't imagine what I am to read when Abe has nothing that I haven't read or reread and nothing else interests me at all!! (does that make any sense to you?)

NO "jumping the gun"!! also....famous line..."practice makes perfect"....I actually did three tablets of art and then it fizzled to just scribbles....I took that as I was told I made connection, but the art was not the direction for me to take by it not being as good as my earlier tablets.

"Ho-Hum"....sure..."GO there"...and "DO that"....but, you actually might be SO OVERLY excited anyway,anything to do with this realm gets me jacked because I knew there was "something" more out there so I am still enthusiastic to a fault that THAT frequency is SEEPING OUT....slipping "under the door" gotcha!as it were. energy/frequency can NOT be faked or masked out...so what is SEEPING OUT will over-power the "ho-hum" part you "think" you ARE "putting out there"....i have; "been there, done that".....the RIGHT FREQUENCY is what sets the deal here....and THAT is what hauls "what-ever" IN! Ok not faking what I am really feeling/frequency.

15. head's up!! there is NO BAD STUFF out there....no! "bad stuff" is ONLY a perception! I just learned that yesterday! It was so simple, but I really missed that one!! But it is so important for us to know not to think that way to attract more! everything is ONLY ENERGY....if you are putting out..."FEAR OF BAD STUFF IN MY FUTURE"...then guess what the "bad stuff" UNIVERSE-cat will drag home? Notty putty tat! suprise! here is a tack that can alter this view...ever-so-slightly it can change a strong-ish negative frequency into a mild "ok" one....if you said something like: "unpleasant stuff"....example; a car wreck is BAD STUFF, right? OR is it...merely "unpleasant"? but maybe the tow truck driver will be your future mate, and IF it hadn't been for the car wreck, you would have never met! "unpleasant stuff"....therefore FEELS less NEGATIVE, and seems only "slightly annoying" and therefore something one can handle/do-able! Perception and wait to see what good unfolds.....got it.

(are you a reader-type?Yes I love to read...as long as your experience deems the book credible....I've backed myself into a corner only livng by Abe's interpretation on all subjects and....and haven't heard enough the develop this ability from what I've heard from Abe. So I woul dlove to learn by your example and if you suggest a book I would be eager to read it upon your recommendation!...or not?) it seems i am a bit wordy, but IF we were in the same room, this "conversation" would play out FAR differently I write long e-mails to a friend and think, dang I could have enjoyed hearing her expression as well and should have just called.....so I understand and I feel I am wordy too.....just want to go the extra yard for people to understand what I am saying....and with "less of my take on things"...and more from you....the one problem i find on these forums...to be clear, i FEEL a strong urge to give mnay examples, etc. This is my first forum. MY little "pendy" goes everywhere i go, really? you find it that dependable!!! I have a beautiful one, and read a book on it, and tried to find some missing things in front of my hubby and daughter and it didn't work....probably because it was being used in front of them perhaps...(my hubby is watching James Bond and the lady just said "perhaps".....a sign!!! a confirmation on why my pendulum failed at that point...my energy must have foiled it somehow....we can talk about your pendy too....I could learn to use it correctly. always in my right front pocket (i am right handed, and i USE this one to HOLD the chain)(more about this another time) but here is a great TEST to use...cheap and easy to....STOP....breathe....and ASK HIGH...."IS THIS ****** RIGHT FOR ME NOW?"..You are a teacher!! This is great info!!!!!!!!!!!!!.and allow that to sink in a few seconds....and FEEL the answer in your gut area. NOT in the head....no! FEELINGS are lower....in the torso....maybe in heart region, but in my experience, it is in the belly region where most folks FEEL IT. Abe talks about the "solar plexus area" and I feel for guidance there....but in such a "basic way" of if it feels good or bad to show me where my "focus" is and what I am attracting. OK, gotcha that feelings are in the belly area, but if you hear actual words they Are in your >> head though right?

ALL is ENERGY....science guys (and gals) are proving this all over the place, with math equations and everything! most new proven stuff...can be still...a bit of a mind bender in our 3-D EARTH brains....AND in such a short amount of time,too...far less that 100 years....WE/humans....have shifted enough to be able to "think" ourselves into technology after technology, and have also PROVED so MUCH, and about such a wide variety of subjects, it is truly amazing! Soon we will all be telepathic and feel our way through life and only use our physical bodies for pleasing actions....Abe says the energy is moving faster and our manifestations wil come to us faster if we allow it.....Abe says we are "reawakening".
22. i don't need to "pick up" anything from your guides....they ARE right there...every day....like "flies on fly paper"....they are STUCK right there ON YOU, but they do HAVE TO WAIT in the wings....stage "right"........free will, you see....prevents them from stepping in/ prevents them from doing anything at all....other than pulse out "LOVE"....you have to ASK for guidanceok they won't show/or tell me guidance unless I ask.....I just felt a pat on my head! Last night I felt a gentle hand cover my face that was to endearing that I knew that My Loving Family from beyond was reaching through to show their love for me.. even after you have asked, and guidance is given, it still comes really as "a suggestion"...rather than a "YOU HAVE TO DO SUCH AND SO, BECAUSE I SAID SO"! I've heard it said they guide with a gentle nudge.you are always in the control seat...and have the final say so....granted you are also the ONLY ONE, who will have to bear the reprecussions.....it was YOUR choice, thus your fall-back as well. they are just un-seen "side-line coaches" like at a baseball game! that is all.
23. i jotted down here...."no arguing"....nothing else did i write! but, anyway..."arguing" has aspects of negativity....shift that HIGHER, into positive realms. pop quiz...."How would YOU/Joy do that?".....wait a second.....wait another second.....hang on.....OK...NOW.Look from a broader view or perspective...See with angels eyes and that we are all doing our best..what is the FIRST IDEA that POPPED INTO YOUR HEAD/Feeling Center? Do THAT....without second guessing this...OR (what i call) "left-brain-ing it".....because then the power of HIGH CONNECTION will have been lost! that FIRST impression....was your answer! Gotcha there! The books I read always said to go for the first thing that popped into your mind before your left brain put the logical spin on it....First Impression is something I did practice after I read those two books....it was just the head games that stopped all my practice, but Now I will use the white light!!!!!! therefore, "GO" and "DO" that impulse, no matter how silly/goofy/odd it may seem at first....IF you got...laugh, scream, fart, do 20 jumping jacks, walk the dog, take a nap...."they" are beaming down a suggested answer...and now you can try "IT" out or not. by doing that FIRST impressed notion, and trusting ITS positiveness.....MORE WILL FOLLOW!! A trust builds ....and in following It's positiveness I will get more guidance...gotcha!!of course, ONLY if it FEELS RIGHT TO YOU.....just a choice. but that choice will have an outcome, and so on. i have gotten to the point, a learned trust level....i ALWAYS drop everything and "DO THAT".Wow....what a perfect blending and Bond you have...fun for me, to watch how this one simple action wll play out in ALL kinds of magic connected ways!
24. as i mentioned before....somewhere in that LONG POST...you will need to figure out how best to TUNE IN to your own HIGH GUYS..Abe says when you are happy your valve is open to Source and you have a perfect blending with you inner being. Sometimes I try to ask my higher self to let me past up higher to my entity for advice (of course I was not confident at that point of what I was doing and just experimenting from what I read in the Seth Material)....it seems like I have inner beings always streaming through me, but I can go to the head waters so to speak to read beings with more knowledge than my immediate inner beings or guides as some call them....So going Asking High is it Beyond my inner beings? and I have access to Infinite Intellegence, which is more than my inner beings can provide me?????.."inner being"....what-ever term you use. FEELING CENTER <<ok I think feeling center means being happy/peaceful/content in my now moment? is first place i would practice on, getting to "know" and understand THAT area....but later....to fine-tune this idea a bit more...continue to tweak this, until you can understand "what is UP"....OR..."what is going on for YOU"...all day/every day....within a few minutes to mere seconds...understanding what you FELT. we are wired for this...it is our birth-right...we just FORGOT this aspect at some point along the way....easily re-learned...just a choice, to do so.
25. .......expect the UN-expected!I am all over that! I do mini-visualizations of "expecting a miracle" and I am always expecting "something" fantastic and expecting anything from the Beyond. I have been successful with seeing signs and Knowing they are signs for me, just working up to hearing....which what you have taught so far....I will be able to succeed!!!

IF, on the other hand you created a little altar or sacred spaceOh I get it....it will be a point in my mind that I will know and when "asking High" I will immediately go there with Them ....a meeting place so to speak in my mind! A sacret space, yes!!! Oh I love this idea!!! You should write a book!!! Your advice is golden!!!! as your belief system allows you to....THAT location could be "ritual" enough....meaning this spot, would be a constant reminder to YOU...on all kinds of levels..to connect HIGH daily. I'm so daily search for that connection to the High that I think I'm not even here half the time...just ask my hubby....I'm always reaching for what I haven't attained...reading, reaching, listening to head babble, waiting for authenticity of Real Communication......I have learned much though and this will dissapear I am quite sure!! I love learning and reading, but I am so ready for Real connection beyond learning! you can be as "holy-water-ish" as you want.....or "on-the-fly-ish" as FEELS RIGHT TO YOU.I'm not holy water, just a regular down to earth every day gal....that's why I love Jerry and Esther they are Real People....with real cool Friends all WAYS lead back to GOD/Source/UNIVERSE/YOUR INNER BEING
27. but "ON-the-FLY" or not, there is amazing strength and power in learning techniques to release mind-chatter(left brain)....and allow TIME to work in your favor....OPENING TO CONNECTIONS. 20 minutes, twice a day of silent practice..My book called this no-mind state...so I am familiar, but didn't practice it long. Esther talks about meditating and she was so good at clearing her mind that Abe finally had to move her head so she would listen to what They were saying!! So I found that a little confusing.....to know when to Begin listening due to it was Divine Speaking and stop letting the thoughts go out of your mind..call this, what you want...doesn't matter....but know this...MIND CHATTER is "the death" to HIGH CONNECTIONS! therefore...it is only a choice to learnok to sit quietly "without the chatter going non-stop"....or not.
29. "what you are hearing in your head....smack down stuff"....ok....i get the little joke here....but really IF you sound like you are just talking to yourself....YES! a connection is happening! NOW...hang in there and "test the info"....does IT FEEL RIGHT FOR YOU? great!!....IF "good" then follow that path....IF on the other hand....what comes through...seems "OFF or ODD"....at all....NOPE! stop dead in your tracks!!!..julie speak julie speak I heard in my head!!! This is book worthy! I plan to print it to highlight it to help in my learning process..and work through this...but never leave the FEELING CENTER...without GOOD FEELINGS! because, of course....that energy is a powerful aspect you NEED to have "hanging around your neck like a mink stole"!(rather than a mill-stone")
