While at a seminar, many years ago, we have been asked to do a meditation visualizing ourself walking on a path to our dream house, its landscape etc.., and then get inside of our house, and we were then told that it might have many floors (for example the living room on 1st floord, bedrooms on the 2nd one, and so forth) and once done, we would be asked to describe our experience with the rest of the group.
As I listened to other's stories, I realized that my experience had been totally different as my house had many floors but I didn't get to visualize which room I was on, not even its furniture, curtains, pictures on the walls, etc... like others did. I started feeling ackward, and out of place!
Worried about that, I started describing what happened in my "world" and was told afterwards the reasons my visualization/meditation had been so different. So here it goes: (please know that my intention here is NOT to brag but instead to communicate to all here that, many months after that seminar, I lost my connection with Source for a long time but now that I found "Abe", Esther's books and all of you, beautiful people, I am back on the right track.::surfer
Walking towards my house located by the ocean, I saw that it was tall with many floors, my house was made of sand, like a castle kids and adults love to create on the beach, sparkling with a multitude of colors, due to the runrays reflecting on it. This sand castle was as solid and strong as rocks or bricks, nothing to worry about. Once I reached its doorstep, as I opened the entry door, I was taken into an elevator and to my surprise, ended up immediately onto the sunroof where I had a beautiful view of the ocean, birds flying, dolphins having fun together, jumping, laughing, etc... the sky was so blue, no clouds at all, I could "smell" the water, and feel the warmth of the sun on my skin, it was a breezy, perfect day. I felt connected to the Universe/the Divine and it felt wonderful.
Here is what I was told it meant: When I quiet my thoughts and trust that I will be taken to a place, much better than I could ever wish for, I IMMEDIATELY connect with a high level of consciousness, to the Divine creative/positive energy, in other words, to the Creator of all that exists without having to interact with other divine beings, like angels, archangels and the like. 
I just shared this memory here in response to Iba's concern as to the fact that he's trying to relive the same meditation again and again. Personally, I never tried to "relive" this experience as I understood that this was a one time, unique experience - a revelation about myself on THAT particular day. With the LOA now in my life, I can trust that each day will bring answers to my many questions and manifestations of my true desires using different"symbols" or channels, while meditating or not. 
In other words, we can never reproduce exactly the same painting or the same song. We can use its essence, and from there keep on creating - our creative power is limitless, isn't it?

Wow! I am so inspired! I've actually had a hard time meditating because I have had a difficult time quieting my mind and have been resistant of late to even try, holding a bit of that old fear of failure. I know I am ready for all that I can be and this thread has me SO INSPIRED! I know I can do it. I intend for this daily (at least) meditation not only to be successful but to be the catalyst I need to take me to the new level that I know I am ready for.

WOW. Isn't it wonderful when you (I) sign on here and get exactly what I need? I feel that way about the Abraham recordings too, and I am begining to see that it happens everywhere in my life!

dear lba,
i am new to this forum, but not new to the things you have mentioned previously....as well as what the other folks mentioned after your beginning comment.
there might be a few things i can say here, that you and the others can look into or ponder on, from what i have discovered myself over the years....through reading or actual experience.
A)...buzzing in the head....one thing i discovered through pesronal experince, and later through numerous books, is that this could be a SHIFT occuring...on the planet as well as INSIDE the head/body of many folks....whether they are aware of it or not....OR whether they ASK for it or not.
this IS happening and being talked about, more and more NOW....there are many reasons for this, too numerous to go into right here, right now.
YOU/others ARE aware, thus noticing the buzzing going on. AND...here is the kicker, you/others are enjoying it! some folks do NOT enjoy this, and try to silence it through drinking/drug use/etc.
so, for you folks....on this forum.....all good!
in meditation, one can choose to FOCUS on that inner-buzz....and thus it can heighten and become the draw one needs to help one to get "pulled IN" further....and then, during that "feeling" of drawing "IN", one needs to purposefully RELEASE all FEAR....and see how that single aspect of ASKING to release FEAR, can help ZOOM one "inward"....to the SOURCE of ALL THAT IS....to that feeling of wonderful-over-whelming-LOVE that you and others mentioned.
see if that helps you at all....to get back to where you have "been" before.
B)...hand movements....one idea for this going on with you....this MIGHT be going on to "show" YOU that you are an automatic writer....and this HIGH-aspect of yourself is "showing itself" through this quirky hand movement. also, when you are gardening, you probably are more in "right-brain-mode" and therefore, have a stronger connection to SOURCE....and "bing-o", the hand movement occurs.
there are MANY books out now about this one subject, whereas years ago, when this happened to me....there wasn't much info. to find out more about this, maybe look into these two areas; right-brain-mode-as-a-SOURCE-connection...and, automatic-writing....and see what "feels right" for you.
C)...head movements....have you ever thought about the idea; that YOU might be a "channel"? there are many folks NOW on the planet, in all kinds of locations, and lifestyles, that are "popping up" as HIGH-channels.
as you mentioned before you have had an easy time of "dropping away" and shifting HIGH...even if it was ONLY one time...this can still be a true thing about you, meaning only, that maybe YOU have now...moved along enough in your life experince as "lba", to become a channel....in-training, and are "shifting" into this even as "we speak"!
possibly there is something very powerful that will be coming through YOU, (as your soul-agreement) that is NEEDED here on earth....right now....to help others. (rather like Esther Hicks figured out this out about herself....way back in mid 1980's)
possibly....within a mediation, YOU can ASK about this....and see where that "ask" takes you.
IF head movements continue after your "ask", possibly you can find a close friend to witness a mediation and take notes about the head movements or ask YOU (still in meditation) simple questions and see what happens.
remember to surround yourself with the WHITE LIGHT OF SOURCE, as a protection aspect before proceeding, as this will help keep any negative "things" at bay. (for you and the note-taking-friend)
same thing....IF hand movements are "the thing"; the answer you recieve following that "ask" in meditation.
again, just ASK to surround yourself in the WHITE LIGHT before a writing session is to start, thus protecting yourself AND what will come. with paper and pen/pencil...sit comfortably....breathing deeply, semi-"drop out"....judge not, what you will "feel" needs to be written down....just start writing....and see where this takes you.
there are many folks now becoming all kinds of channels, which is a HIGH-gift, and are doing so for many reasons. "WE", the public can only benefit from what comes from these channeled folks and works....but only if "IT" means something to us at the time.
as we know....this is how Law of Attraction, play out.
some folks, have written of their channeling experiences....if you would like any book titles to help you get going, just ask....easy enough done.
I hope this helps you, lba and any others out there experiencing anything "out-of-ordinary".....in meditation OR during daily "right-brain-mode" moments......
from my experience....nothing happens to us, UNLESS for a reason....and we can choose to explore this or not.

Welcome to the Forum jcsu! I'm glad you have joined us. I like your mind. I have never experienced the hand/head movements but I am familiar with the buzz sound. I like what you said about it. 
I used to think there was a purely physical explanation for that buzz but then I came across across some writings about shabda yoga and other ancient yogic practices that meditate on what they call the Sound Current, or Divine Sound. Here is a short explanation from an article about Vipassana Meditation and the Sound Current:
When electricity runs through a power line it produces a humming sound. Likewise, when higher spiritual energies run through the circuitry of the human body, there is an interface between the two energy fields that we can hear within our heads as a current of sound....
The sound current could be experienced differently, depending on the degree of one's inner attunement. You might hear it as a buzzing, or a ringing, or the sound of waves along the shore. It could be a clear ringing tone or the roar of thunder.... In the beginning it might help to cover the ears, or go someplace where you can be absolutely quiet. As you become more accomplished with this practice, you hear this tone constantly, and it serves as a continuous link with the soul....You might notice that this pitch changes as your brain wave rhythms change.

Abe talks about that They are not whispering words into Esther's ears, but that They are sending her blocks of thought (not a direct quote or wording) and are being translated into words by Esther. I have come to think of the buzzing as my inner beings are trying to communicate with me.....and I love the buzz and buzzing, but I get caught up in trying to >>decode<<< what they are trying to say to me. 
Esther has learned to take these vibrational blocks of thought (everything is vibration so I feel that is poss. what the buzzing is....vibrational blocks of thought from my inner beings) and turn them into words.......my desire is that my inner beings will be able to Clearly and Easily translate what they are trying to communicate to me. Sometimes it like a "head game" that gets you all tied up in knots wondering if it just me thinking these things up in my mind or if it is a True communication from one of my inner beings..... I heard Sylvia Browne once say that she ran out of her house when she first heard her "spirit guide Francine" talk to her, that it was so loud it scared her and she ran directly out of the house. She was not searching or looking for it. I always wish my inner beings voice could be that Loud so I am not second guessing if it is just the phsycial me thinking in my head or if it is my inner being communicating with me. (or just give me a Irish accent or something to differentiate it from little ol me ... so I am Quite clear the words are from non-physical.  )
1. Does anyone else have that confusion of if it is themselves thinking or their inner being trying to communicate and trying to distinguish between the voices you are hearing me or Them?
2. And does anyone get wrapped up in trying to decode these Buzz buzz buzz messages?
3. Does our inner being Only communicate with us when we ask It questions and then they will Enter our minds with answers to our thoughts? I Want my inner being to Freely give me advice or have discussion about anything and anytime! I know imy inner being knows everything about me and I want and Expect It's guidance. Or do they follow the "free-will" theme and not intrude unless you ask them for advice? I want my inner being, like a best friend, to be able to tell me anything and anytime.....not just when I ask for advice but to>>>Freely accompany me on my day to day activities and not have to wait until I mediitate or formally ask It's advice to HEAR from my inner being....
I would >>>>>Appreciate and love anyone's reply......lol especially from my inner being!!! 
Doesn't it seem our paddles touch the water when we delve into deep thinking and search for knowledge......even though knowledge it a close second behind joy on the emotional scale?? Just more thoughts that float through my head. Thanks for reading and the time in answering!!!

after re-reading my post from above....march 29th....
i should re-state....what actually is MY type of head BUZZ.
it really ISN'T a BUZZ per se....but more along the lines of a WHIRRRRRR...similar to high-pitched sounds of a blender....but not NOT a weed whippy.
i guess BUZZ sounds...the ones i notice anyway...are...deeper in tone, then what i have going on 24/7...in my noggin!.
i noticed one night, when we were making milk shakes...that after everything was very liquidy....but still going on that HIGHEST SETTING....my head sound and the machine sound WERE matched up!
i was thrilled....NOW i could "show" my husband what i have "INSIDE"! he has never really believed me, but after that night....he "got it"!(major lightbulb moment!)
whirrrrr......is my sound....not a buzz, as it were.

I agree, buzz doesn't describe it correctly....naturally it is a vibration and it is different from time to time from a singing bowl or a kind of after a concert ringing in your ears to a high pitch radio frequency.
Do you ever try to >>decode or interpret It?

....i had a WHOLE THING written to you a few minutes ago....commenting on the post you wrote today...but i "bungled it" at the end...and lost to all!
i will compose another soon...(must be a REASON first one was LOST!)....there is much to tell you!
"singing bowl"...yes! that is ALMOST the "note"....i hear....
If i was MORE musically inclined...i probably could give the "sound" a NOTE VALUE....

here is basically what i wrote earlier but lost....
to answer your above questions(a few posts back, sorry i don't know how to add them here)....all my answers are ONLY from what i know to be true for me....ok?

all of the above questioning you mention here, IS TRUE....and NONE of it IS!
does this seem confusing at all?
well here is the deal, from my perspective....i will need to talk in "jcsu-speake" as i am not familiar enough to comfortably WRITE using some of your terms.....
to help you understand...i use these terms; for inner being:...INNER YOU....INNER JCSU.....or "GO HIGH"....to gather/want an answer: "ASK HIGH"...."ask guardian Angels/spirit guides/totem animals....ask THE UNIVERSE (rather than Source)...or GOD....for law of attraction: manifesting OR Energy Frequency Matching (rather than other terms Abraham uses)
ok....with that in mind, i begin....(i am ONLY discussing what i know is TRUE for me)
i have a number of Angel beings that i "work with"....i have for years....ONE WAY i get their HIGH INFO...is through Automatic Writing....i write out my question and bing-o minutes later, i get a HIGH ANSWER. another way is, when i get the hair on my arms....UP...i bring out paper again...and just write whatever "comes in"! another way is, i feel this "cosmic nudge" within my body....many times when i am outside...then i go sometwhere and sit QUIET....breathe....and WAIT. i will then GET a "visual"....sometimes a "snap shot", sometimes, a shorty "movie clip", sometimes i will get a groupings of misc "things"/objects....pictures OR just outline shapes. then i have to figure out what this "hunk of junk" means!
i am 49 now...i have been getting messages like this since early 1990's...more strongly after 2003.
when i was a KID...i got all kinds of messages in light/and color AROUND things...usually plants/trees/water. i never really understood this, but LOVED IT! i would draw pictures to SHOW my mom what i was seeing....she never believed me, and figured i was just imaginative. this aspect shut itself down around "boob-growing-time"...12 to 13 or so. (which is very common)
although....in my late teen years...i could be around people and KNOW THINGS about them, or their family. after saying just the WRONG THING at just the "right time", one too many times, i stopped doing this!
although close high school friends KNEW this and would ask me questions all the time, about their goofy boyfriends OR if the football team would win, etc!
it was THEN that i found out...NOT EVERYTHING i "got" was to be GIVEN OUT....so i told them, i couldn't do "it" unless the "moon was full" or something, to stop them from asking all the time.
this aspect of KNOWING continues now....but has shifted to NATURE type HIGH INFO...rather than only about people.
i have a small REIKI practice...many times IN a session i will "get" something about the person....so i ASK HIGH..."if this info SHOULD BE GIVEN NOW"?....usually i will get "OK"...or "YES!"
a few times, this tiny bit of HIGH INFO has helped the person or a family member tremedously. i have asked my "reiki folks" to keep this "on the down low"....and they do, although....NOW i begin every session with a ASK OF: "if any messages should come through, please be clear and helpful for NOW".
they know i am ASKING HIGH about all kinds of things all the time...and that "things" come to me very easily......"i manifest stuff" is generally HOW i term this, easy for some folks, as they have heard this term before. with others....i say "i am sending out a certain energy frequency...and this stuff popping IN, is just a match to my present energy frequency...nothing more".....ending with...."and, YOU, my fine reiki client, must be a frequency match or you would not even be here!"
all of the above HIGH INFO comes IN to me without asking....i thought it best for you to know this first....
now....when i WANT to know something....i DO a few things to get this to "happen" for me.....but all i use are the basic principles of manifesting OR Law of Attractions.....so anyone out there can do this as well....
although everyone will have to develope a "kind of style"....nothing is perfectly RIGHT....unless it FEELS RIGHT.....or on the other hand....nothing is perfectly wrong...unless it FEELS WRONG!
obviously, one might argue..."well...if it is "right" you get an answer"...and IF it is "wrong"...you won't."
many years ago....that statement, i would have probably agreed with....BUT NO LONGER!!! because EVERYTHING that comes in IS RIGHT....even the yucky stuff...and everything IS a message of sorts! YOU are calling this IN...because of the frequency you are projecting outward....at that moment. (everything is ONLY ENERGY)
here is what i can tell you....again...this is FROM my perspective/study/practice....
what you put out IS what you get back....right?
OK....so with that in mind....IF that phrase is a TRUTH for YOU....
you can ASK HIGH for something/anything and get a response!
this could be;...an answer to a difficult question....to be "shown" something....asking for your angle/spirit guide names....aura colors....to HEAR messages.....even "lotto numbers" (although i have never done this...a friend has...she doesn't win HUGE...just ALL THE TIME!)...anything you can imagine....all the "what-have-you's" your imagination can muster.....it is all a part of THE UNIVERSE! YOU are "The Universe" as well....a Source Being, as Abraham says.
since you ARE thus connected....like a string to a kite....you just begin "bringing it in"....little at a time.....(use a fishing line visual, if that makes more sense)
now here is the tricky part....YOU....have to "release" the HOW this will come in to you. IF you hold onto anything at all....well...that expectation might hinder this magic event from occuring....OR....it IS occuring, you just are looking to the right....rather than "noticing" something important going on....to the LEFT!
some folks use meditation to ease into "message receiving-mode"....some folks try yoga....some folks listen to quiet music and daydream....some paint water color pictures, getting out of "left brain" mode and shifting into "right brain" mode....where the HIGHEST CONNECTIONS come in!
it doesn't matter what YOU try/do....but here is a pointer...the "thing" you try/do...has to be "done" with NO EXPECTATIONS FOR A OUTCOME!
geez...we are NOT trained to think, let alone act this way, are we? that is "the tricky part" here....YOU have to UN-train yourself from most everything you know to be true, in order to be OPEN ENOUGH for stuff to pour in. figure this out...and baby...it will be a true faucet of HIGH INFO....anytime you want/need it!
there are many, many books/teacheres out there to aid one in discovering how TO GO HIGH....GET CONNECTED/MESSAGES to POUR IN....Abraham has some views on this, i am sure.
also...as you are in the mode/mind-set of WANTING this connection....the UNIVERSE is zooming around right now...setting up everything so YOU will get there....but baby-step "things" will pop up all over the place....these words of mine, are probably ONE small aspect in this "setting up" process....for you, because you just ASKED in that last post!
i would say also....the head buzzing/ringing you are experiencing...is probably an important aspect for YOU right now....
with what i have read and ASKED HIGH about....this buzz/ring....IS a SHIFTING going on within your inner makeup...a physical "thing" rather than a HIGH INNER "thing"...you and many others right now....(me, too as it turns out) are being shifted into a higher dimension....this is going on for numerous reasons....in fact, use this "idea"...and ASK HIGH...in your own way....and then wait patiently for that HIGH ANSWER to come in. ASK and IT IS GIVEN...very single time!!!
the answer you seek can/might/will arrive....in all kinds of ways....NOT necessarily in any "words" in your mind...let alone in an irish accent!!....but never know, IT COULD!
HIGH answers will arrive "into your field of vision" somehow/somehwere jsut because YOU ASKED!....and IF something "pops" into your day...(try and be aware of everything!)...and just like in a scavengar-hunt type game...that message "thing" will be SO VERY OBVIOUS, or mean something so much to you, that by noticing "this thing"..... it will make you chuckle or even do a "double-take....you may not even believe it at first! (as you mention about lady psychic-gal)
BUT this "message-thing" MUST FEEL RIGHT to you at that moment! (in my experince)
???did that song just now, on the radio....make you FEEL a certain way...or make you REMEMBER the FEELING you had about your grandmother...since the song WAS her favorite?....did that book title you saw in someone's purse....make you FEEL like "you should read this NOW"?.....did that color on that car zipping by...remind you to call a high school friend..because she always wore that color sweater, and she was one you FELT close to, back then....by calling her up, she TELLS you something...."that" something could be THE UNIVERSE'S message!(all frequency matching going on here!)
see how this works? all very powerful!! everything you need is right here FOR YOU to collect....IF you are a frequency match to IT!
i tend to think of this...as; to always have my "marketing basket" on my arm at all times, (BASKET is a symbol of intention to receive)....therefore, now i have a place for EVERYTHING FOR ME that will arrive, to go, (i am ready to receive!)....now i just go about my day, but always WITH A SONG IN MY HEART, (positive frequency)(no expectations at all for"what a message could be").....but i DO pay attention, as i go along (positive energy going out...thus, will BRING in only "that"a positive frequency match to ME at that time).....when any kind of message comes "into my view"....i "collect it" and THANK THE UNIVERSE RIGHT AWAY! (gratitude!)....by putting IT into my basket...symbol of; "i will figure out the meaning of my message later".
i "do this"....every day....ALL day....i KNOW that i am a magnet to what i am putting out! so i will try very hard to "stay in positive frequency-mode! remember, everything is ONLY energy....EVEN the messages!

I don't know if you've listened to the 4 CD's from the Abe workshop in LA on Feb 2 2008 but the topic of being connected/channeling was talked about. They didn't go into how to get back to "that place" but I'm sure you're right, if you have that desire and go back to being light about it and having fun you'll move back in alignment soon enough.
I haven't had the buzzing but my hands flip about on there own as do my feet and my head rocks from time to time. I actually started to have the same movements happen when I wasn't meditating but just very relaxed.

I must of "asked high" without even knowing it and got you, my earth angel, to answer my questions!!! And the time you took to write it and then rewrite it!!! Thank you is really not big enough to say for all you did for me!! I read two books on being psychic and one on how to hear our "soft" inner voice, one on automatic writing and pendulums and I attracted You to get to the core of what I was wanting to know!!!! I'm thinking your guides must have portrayed to you the>> importance<< of this subject for me for you to spend so much time explaining it so perfectly for me to understand!!!!

ok....with that in mind, i begin....(i am ONLY discussing what i know is TRUE for me)I understand that we all make our own truths and it depends on our beliefs. So I am on board with what you are saying!!
i have a number of Angel beings that i "work with"....i have for years....ONE WAY i get their HIGH INFO...is through Automatic Writing....I've done this with automatic art and got some neat art, but got frustrated trying to interpret them. I tried to write a sentence for an answer and it just wouldn't flow.....like it was a sign that this wasn't my way. I did write and rewrite ear ear ear many times....so I thought this was the way I was to hear my inner being, but them the head games starrted with was it me or was it my inner being. i write out my question and bing-o minutes later, i get a HIGH ANSWER. another way is, when i get the hair on my arms....UPYes that's what I would like some kind of sign like an itchy nose or my hair to stand up to let me know someones at the door so to speak ...i bring out paper again...and just write whatever "comes in"! another way is, i feel this "cosmic nudge" When I read they always talk about a gentle nudge and I wish it could be more blaring for me. within my body....many times when i am outside...then i go sometwhere and sit QUIET....breathe....and WAIT. Good advice change what I'm doing and listen or wait for an impression when I'm needing inner guidance. i will then GET a "visual"....sometimes a "snap shot", sometimes, a shorty "movie clip", sometimes i will get a groupings of misc "things"/objects....pictures OR just outline shapes. then i have to figure out what this "hunk of junk" means! With my automatic art I would have to interpret it also and I think I should go with comes first to mind before my brain turns the intuitive information into logical mush.
i am 49 now...i have been getting messages like this since early 1990's...more strongly after 2003. I want to be like you!!!! I hope you have a glimmer on how helpful you are being to me!!!! I want messages....I ask for messages.....I ask to see things.....I am not taking score either.....I just gentle want this with the feeling if it happens great and if not another time then. I try to be ho-hum about something that Really matters to me, which is a game within itself!
when i was a KID...i got all kinds of messages in light/and color AROUND things...usually plants/trees/water. i never really understood this, but LOVED IT! I would have loved it too and feel for you in your mother not believing you.i would draw pictures to SHOW my mom what i was seeing....she never believed me, and figured i was just imaginative. this aspect shut itself down around "boob-growing-time"...12 to 13 or so. (which is very common)
although....in my late teen years...i could be around people and KNOW THINGS about them, or their family. after saying just the WRONG THING at just the "right time", one too many times, i stopped doing this!
although close high school friends KNEW this and would ask me questions all the time, about their goofy boyfriends OR if the football team would win, etc!
it was THEN that i found out...NOT EVERYTHING i "got" was to be GIVEN OUT..My current psychic says that my guides tell her things and that sometimes "I'm just not supposed to know." I said well why to they bother telling you then? I told her I am willing to hear everything. I only got the middle range stuff and never got the big fun stuff that was to come my way or the big icky stuff.....so I thought well no need to spend money to get my boring life stuff....I wanted to be forearmed for when the bad stuff was to hit. I want to do this for myself so I don't lose some of my guides communication through the interpretation of someone else..so i told them, i couldn't do "it" unless the "moon was full" or something, to stop them from asking all the time.
this aspect of KNOWING continues now....Blaring super sonic rocket I'm shooting out there for me to have this KNOWING AT ALL TIMES!!! but has shifted to NATURE type HIGH INFO...rather than only about people. I need to reread this several times to digest all you said.....would you consider tutoring me??? I hope that isn't too bold and stepping on how generous you have already been with me!
i have a small REIKI practice...many times IN a session i will "get" something about the person....so i ASK HIGH..."if this info SHOULD BE GIVEN NOW"?....usually i will get "OK"...or "YES!" I will try this "asking high" it sounds to respectful for what I am wanting to receive!!!
a few times, this tiny bit of HIGH INFO has helped the person or a family member tremedously. i have asked my "reiki folks" to keep this "on the down low"....and they do, although....NOW i begin every session with a ASK OF: "if any messages should come through, please be clear and helpful for NOW". Not to be rude, but can I test myself to see if I am accurately receiving High information? Like if I blurt out to myself, who was the president in 1953 and I intuitively say Woodrow Wilson and google and it is I will know that I got high information....if I'm wrong...I'm actually afraid to look!! Can we test ourselves this way?
they know i am ASKING HIGH about all kinds of things all the time...and that "things" come to me very easily.I had to turn green with envy here, you are mirroring what I want in my life so much....."i manifest stuff" is generally HOW i term this, easy for some folks, as they have heard this term before. with others....i say "i am sending out a certain energy frequency...and this stuff popping IN, is just a match to my present energy frequency...nothing more".....ending with...."and, YOU, my fine reiki client, must be a frequency match or you would not even be here!"
all of the above HIGH INFO comes IN to me without asking...That is incredibly great news for me.....now I hope you will explain more so I can KNOW too..i thought it best for you to know this first....
now....when i WANT to know something....i DO a few things to get this to "happen" for me.....but all i use are the basic principles of manifesting OR Law of Attractions....So you just ask and allow/listen for the info. to flow to you????.so anyone out there can do this as well....
although everyone will have to develope a "kind of style"....nothing is perfectly RIGHT....unless it FEELS RIGHT.....or on the other hand....nothing is perfectly wrong...unless it FEELS WRONG!

this could be;...an answer to a difficult question....to be "shown" something....asking for your angle/spirit guide names....aura colors....to HEAR messages.....even "lotto numbers" (although i have never done this...a friend has...she doesn't win HUGE...just ALL THE TIME!)very benevolent abudance ...anything you can imagine....all the "what-have-you's" your imagination can muster.....it is all a part of THE UNIVERSE! YOU are "The Universe" I've come to know and believe this.as well....a Source Being, as Abraham says.
Can you pick up on my guides? Can you ask them to be more clear or loud for me? I beleive they've already said something to you......are you able to tell me what they said.... I've looked in the mirror and had arguments with inner being to be clear and Loud so They can get through my skull which is evidently thick 
since you ARE thus connected....like a string to a kite....you just begin "bringing it in"....little at a time.....(use a fishing line visual, if that makes more sense)
now here is the tricky part....YOU....have to "release" the HOW Energy is moving faster because in an earlier thread today I wrote in the forum that I put HOW on a piece of paper and put it in the Manager's/Universe's shredder! So I know the how is mucking up my vibration! So I'm with you so far....yeah me! this will come in to you. IF you hold onto anything at all....well...that expectation might hinder this magic event from occuring....OR....it IS occuring, you just are looking to the right....rather than "noticing" something important going on....to the LEFT!
some folks use meditation to ease into "message receiving-mode"....some folks try yoga....some folks listen to quiet music and daydream....some paint water color pictures, getting out of "left brain" mode and shifting into "right brain" mode....where the HIGHEST CONNECTIONS come in! I'm hoping my inner being can communicate with me on the fly and not in a formal, not always easily done full blown meditation. Life happens, now, and that inner being response is wanted by me in that moment.
it doesn't matter what YOU try/do....but here is a pointer...the "thing" you try/do...has to be "done" with NO EXPECTATIONS FOR A OUTCOME! OK, ask high, drop the hows and expectations for an outcome......
geez...we are NOT trained to think, let alone act this way, are we? What I read is we are all born psychic, but we are trained by our respected elders that this was taboo and to shhh and not tell anyone....when it really is just one of our senses that I desire highly to develope. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! that is "the tricky part" here....YOU have to UN-train yourself from most everything you knowI have untrained myself two years ago when I learned about Abe and shed the commonality of beliefs that the masses adher to. So I can un-train myself quite easily....I know what resonates with me and what feels right. to be true, in order to be OPEN ENOUGH for stuff to pour in. figure this out.I hearing right now in my head that I have been denying that the words are truly from my inner being and the physical me needs a "smack down" to believe in this communication and build on what I am hearing.....The smack down I added for humor....as Joy is my journey, but this is a serious topic for me of high priority!!..and baby...it will be a true faucet of HIGH INFO....anytime you want/need it!
there are many, many books/teacheres out there to aid one in discovering how TO GO HIGH....GET CONNECTED/MESSAGES to POUR IN....Abraham has some views on this, i am sure. But it is getting to trust what you are getting is from the High and not just me.....that's the tricky part for me.
also...as you are in the mode/mind-set of WANTING this connection....the UNIVERSE is zooming around right now.That is why you are reponding to me and I am sooooooo grateful!!!!..setting up everything so YOU will get there....but baby-step "things" will pop up all over the place.I watch for birds for messages and an airplane usually goes over myself when I get an mini-aha moment that I think is my inner being being a strong silver angel...these words of mine, are probably ONE small You have no idea how big big big it will be for me!!aspect in this "setting up" process....for you, because you just ASKED in that last post!
i would say also....the head buzzing/ringing you are experiencing...is probably an important aspect for YOU right now....
with what i have read and ASKED HIGH about....this buzz/ring....IS a SHIFTING going on within your inner makeup.ok..a physical "thing" rather than a HIGH INNER "thing"...you and many others right now....(me, too as it turns out) are being shifted into a higher dimension.Abe talks about the energy is moving faster and that we are "reawakening"...this is going on for numerous reasons....in fact, use this "idea"...and>>>>>> ASK HIGH...in your own way....and then wait patiently for that HIGH ANSWER to come in<<<<< I will!!!!!. the answer you seek can/might/will arrive....in all kinds of ways....NOT necessarily in any "words" in your mind...let alone in an irish accent!!....but never know, IT COULD! I am always looking for a "sign" or looking deeper into why something happened and for the message that may be within it. Again.....tho is the why like the how??? And I am not letting go???
HIGH answers will arrive "into your field of vision" somehow/somehwere jsut because YOU ASKED!....and IF something "pops" into your day...(try and be aware of everything!)...and just like in a scavengar-hunt type game...that message "thing" will be SO VERY OBVIOUS, or mean something so much to you, that by noticing "this thing"..... it will make you chuckle or even do a "double-takeI'm actually eagle eyed and aware to make any connections....you may not even believe it at first! BUT this "message-thing" MUST FEEL RIGHT to you at that moment! (in my experince)
???did that song just now, on the radio....make you FEEL a certain way.I am always spinning the radio dial for a message and get them.....I even had my radio turn itself on it the bedroom and I hover right over it writing down the words and meaning.....I can connect that way ....but am looking to develop the within my head stuff. I even had talked about god to a friend and waved my hand in front of her microwave and it turned itself on!!!!! I was sitting four feet away!!! We both freaked and I just loved it and asked for more. 3 in numerology means communication and the subeject we were on was god. Those dots were easy to connect. That was one of the coolest experiences I've ever had!!!..or make you REMEMBER the FEELING you had about your grandmother...since the song WAS her favorite?....did that book title you saw in someone's purse....make you FEEL like "you should read this NOW"?.....did that color on that car zipping by...remind you to call a high school friend.You are in my head....I am always looking for a sign from Beyond for some kind of instruction for me..because she always wore that color sweater, and she was one you FELT close to, back then....by calling her up, she TELLS you something...."that" something could be THE UNIVERSE'S message!(all frequency matching going on here!)
