I very spontaneously signed up for the SF Sunday, 2/17, workshop. I got the URGE (my IB was YELLING) and I had the weekend open - so I looked to see if and where a workshop might be.
And no surprise, really, that the location is relatively close. So.....I AM THERE! I am inviting other forum members to be in contact.

And what did you think? I informed the 2 women I sat by about this forum so I hope they join so we can discuss.
I have a question: Before lunch Abraham was moving toward the process of our understanding HOW to "enter"/"go into" our vibrational escrow. After lunch, did I miss the tools? I have an essence of understanding, and being practical, I wanted to hear more. The "standing in VE" didn't come up again, at least in those exact words during the afternoon segments.
Any clarification you can give me is very appreciated! MaryAnn

Hi.
I liked parts of it. There were a couple of things that came up that didn't really interest me. I always enjoy it when people talk about things that are going on in their lives. I understand more when questions are practical.
Regarding your question, she talked about how Esther would talk about what was in her VE so that she could stand in it.
I can't remember exactly. I bought the CD, so I'll have to relisten to it.
Abraham said how some of the stuff was new. It went by so fast, that I'm not sure if I "got it."
What did you think?

Hi: I really enjoyed most of it. It seemed to flow along a path of "more knowing" for me as the day progressed and then it became for me "disjointed." Yes, the "new" stuff went by very fast and I want to hear the CDs to see if I can understand what Abraham was saying at that point.
I have reviewed my notes which are limited and am peeling away some layers of thought , e.g. about meditation can become "medesacption" among others. I value my time spent in Abraham's presence and know that I was either not ready to hear the "disjointed" or "repetitious" parts or need to hear them again and peel the layers away.
I really appreciate that you are responding so that we can learn from each other also. Thank you, MaryAnn

Hi folks! I'm late to this thread so hope you are both still checking it. I was there on Sunday with my two kids (28 & 24).
This is my fourth Abe workshop in person and I've listened to several other Complete Workshop CDs and I thought this workshop on Sunday was most unusual. It was definitely leading edge but rather esoteric.
My daughter is new to Abraham so something a little more like Abraham 101 would have worked better for her. So I was somewhat disappointed.
And I always really like where people talk about how they are struggling in their lives and then Abe talks them downstream. That is so cool the way they do that. So that by the end of it the person in the hotseat is all smiles and everybody in the room is uplifted. That just didn't happen this time.
So it wasn't what I was expecting and like I said above, I was disappointed - but mostly because I was wanting my kids to get alot out of it and the topics discussed were too abstract. Death, suicide, reincarnation, the I and the I, or the Coincident I's, meditation and more on meditation, etc. No nuts & bolts discussion about how do I get more money or how do I get my lover.
But, mostly I was just thrilled to be in the presence of Abraham and my vibe was pretty high throughout. In fact I have had a very painful low back problem for a couple of weeks and it was really hurting at the beginning of the workshop. But by the end of the workshop it was gone! And is still gone! Goes to show how your body can heal itself when you are in Alignment. Yay!
Another comment: I had never heard Abe talk about standing in your Vibrational Escrow so thought that was cool. There really were quite a few new concepts being discussed and I was able to follow and grasp them at the time. But my memory sucks so now I can't remember! Have to wait for the CDs.
EDIT: Just wanted to add that I really loved Abraham's opening words. Again, it was very different from any opening I had heard before and I've listened to a ton of workshop CDs. There was more direct discussion of Source Energy and our relationship to it. No analogys, like the Stream, or Phoenix to San Diego, or the GPS Navigation System. None of those analogies (which I always enjoy). This discussion seemed more direct to me. I liked it.

Hi.
New Dawn Rising, I'm so glad that you wrote. I have never been to an Abe workshop, but I have listened to the workshops on CDs and this one felt different.
I was disappointed for the same reasons you wrote about. I was waiting for the practical and I felt a little lost. I'm looking forward to listening to the CDs to see if I catch something different. The vibrational escrow thing was interested, but I was confused too. I was particularly confused when he said that they had covered new ground that had never been covered. But I didn't get it!
All I know is that if I ever go to a workshop again, I'm raising my hand higher!!! 
I did seem to understand too when I was there, but now I can't remember anything!

Hi. This is my first time to the Abe Forum. I am one of the women who sat next to you at the workshop in San Francisco on 2/17. I, too, decided to attend at the last minute. I've been wanting to attend another workshop for awhile and so I was happy to be able to join this one.
I got a lot of of this workshop. It was actually quite thrilling and exciting for me. I have been in a positive mood ever since. I am still thinking about all that was said and not quite sure I can explain all of the concepts to someone else. But, I think I'm getting it.
I would love to have a one on one visit with Abraham. There are so many questions I would like to ask.

A one-on-one session would be PERFECT!!!! I don't think they do that, though. After the workshop, everything kind of blew up in my life. Then things straightened out. I'm back to listening to the CDs and am really enjoying them.
I'm excited to get my workshop CD. There were a few things I wanted to understand more...like standing in your vibrational escrow which MaryAnn questioned.

That's great you got so much out of the workshop. Your feelings about it are what I have felt at the other 3 workshops I attended. Just kind of floating for days afterward. Lovely! I think I let my daughter's disappointment influence me too much. Like I said above, she is a beginner and was wanting more practical advice.
And about standing in your vibrational escrow... My understanding is that your VE is like a swirling vortex of energy, of the things you want that are still unmanifested. The energy is of a very high vibration. When you are in Alignment with Source, or when you are in Alignment with your Inner Being, or when you are feeling really good (so many ways to say it)... then you are of the same vibration as what is in your VE. You could say you are in Alignment with your VE. And another way to say that is that you are standing inside your VE because your VE is yours and when you are in Alignment with it then it is like you are standing inside it...... Now all that made sense to me... hope it made sense to you.

I was sitting next to you and I am so glad you came to this forum. I too have been very happy and at peace this week. For me, achieving those states of being on a constant basis are the best I have gained from Abraham's teachings. This week a friend had a miscarriage, my niece's plans for her father's funeral went awry and another friend told me she is just "settling for" in her marriage. I felt able to listen, respond from a place of love and not get all caught up in the "awfulness." That was my past pattern and I was always anxious! Again, being in the presence of Abraham was incredible!
Thank you, New Dawn Rising, for your thoughts on standing in one's VE. It feels good. I have a 22-year old daughter with whom I would like to share Abraham. I did share the book The Secret. The packaging and best-seller list at least got her interested in it for a little bit. I can go to disappointment so fast with her! I know just what you mean. Now I am catching myself when I have downstream thoughts about her and just drop the oars. Going upstream about her feels like banging my head on a metal wall - and that has gotten me nothing. Yet, I do know how much as her mom I have wanted her to "hear" all that Abraham teaches. Downstream...downstream.
Hey, Manifest Everything, I get the hand raising. TPN was next to me raising her hand and I was leaning into her so much to add maybe a little something to the energy. I guess our area, to the right of the stage, was just not vibrating like the center wedge Abraham focused on.
I continue to wonder about the last part of the workshop. I know I called it disjointed in one of my posts and that is all about me. I just am not seeing how the last few questions expanded upon the earlier parts of the day. And what is an "exagerated being?" I loved being there at my first, and definitely not my last, workshop. Can't wait for the CDs!!!

Hi MaryAnn....thanks so much for replying and for telling me about the forum. I have already enjoyed reading it and searching it for topics of interest to me. Thanks for helping generate added energy when I was raising my hand. Maybe I need to "expect" to be called upon. I'm thinking about being in the vibrational escrow too....an enjoyable place to be and jump back into. Before the workshop, I viewed a video of Esther / Abraham at a recent seminar in Los Angeles. You can access it through the Abraham Hicks website. I was sent an email about it because Esther and Jerry considered it to be new and exciting information from Abraham.

Thanks so much New Dawn Rising for the clarification of VE. That really helps. I can't wait to listen to my CD from the workshop. I've been listening to old ones and everything becomes clearer bit by bit!
Jody, someone sent me a link a long time ago for a 1 hour workshop video of Abe. I don't think I have the link anymore. Do you know anything about that? I don't think it was on youtube.
