Let us not forget to mention also that on the second to last night of the cruise is the dessert extravaganza which starts at 10 p.m. It is a most impressive display of the many forms that sugar can be molded into. Coincidentally enough we will be in an area of the ocean where calories are neutral so it doesn't matter how much dessert you eat on this particular night. It's weird, I know.

I felt I should separate this post from the dessert post because I want it to be taken more seriously.
Is there anyone out there looking to share a hotel room on the night of Saturday the 19th in Seattle?
I have excellent references!

...don't listen to Jody, Rick!! I heard it too, Sea-calories are free calories - of course, only while at sea - but if you happen to be in port you just add a scoop of Ice Cream to hot pie and it neutralizes them, just like that....!!!! Must be some kind of chemical reaction..... (P.S. I also heard that at the end of the cruise all you have to do is pay off some guy named "Piper".....)
Hey, what a deal, who knew.....!!!!

Oooh! So that's how it works!! And Piper must be the guy who's holding on to all our vibrational escrow accounts!! And we're LINED UP with eating and having fun and everything being just perfect!!
Thanks Susan!!

Jody,
Thanks for all your input on the Pinnacle Grill... Liz & I had just been discussing whether it would be worth "pre-booking" a reservation there, but all the points you made gave us the answers...voila!

Yes! Lined up as we will be/are... how could ANY calories possibly stick to us??.... Why, they will just bounce off our beautiful vibrations! (...occasionally also known as "waistlines") ....and if a few manage to stick, well, then there's always that guy..... what was his name again??

Hi Rick,
FYI, if you're looking for a good rate on a hotel room in Seattle, you might try Hotwire.com. You can pick the part of town you'd like to stay in and quality of hotel, then they give you some options. You don't know the exact hotel until you buy it (and it's non-refundable), but I got a great deal on a 4 star downtown Seattle hotel - much cheaper than the rates I was finding anywhere else. The price we're paying is about half the web rates stated on the hotel's website.
Good luck on finding a room and/or roomate!
See you onboard,
Beth

Hi Jody and everybody
I'm Sue's sister Liz and she has already added my name to the role call, but I thought I'd get in touch personally too and pick up on some of the good vibes.
Looking forward to my FIRST ever cruise and it sounds like a whopper!
Can't wait to meet everybody!
Liz

I don't know if I can get everything into one suitcase this year. AlaskaAir charges $25.00 for a second bag. Think I can wear my LL Bean waterproof shoes with my black halter dress on formal night? I have black StormSocks too. I mean when you are sitting down for dinner who looks at your feet anyway besides Rick?

According to Abraham (returning to highlighted route here) if you believe that calories will add weight to your body, then they will. If you can let go of that belief, then they will just be delicious desserts. Haven't you all been paying attention?
