We finally decided which tours we are taking
on Livorno we are taking Tuscan countryside & wine tasting
on Monaco Stars of the Cote d'Azur with Cannes and the Riviera
on Naples a cruise to Capri
All the tours are wonderful, I wanted to take them all
I am counting the days

YAY, Kalena - David and I will be with you for the Tuscany tour. I am intending the best weather ever!!
It really is getting close now! I'm studying up on walking tours of Barcelona - I've been wanting to go there for years. I'm so glad we'll be in port there for the entire day and evening, and according to things I've read, the cruise port is very close to the city, unlike some of our other ports where to get to a city means a long bus ride. We're forgoing Florence on this trip for that reason and just touring cities that we actually dock at, and countryside at other ports. (Livorno) Planning and research are half the fun for me. I'm learning so much about Italy and Spain - things I never took the time to absorbe before. And it's making me that much more excited!

BrightLight, of course you can go along! I have been "attending" all of the recent Abraham workshops by using my homespun process of "bi-location" - it works to put you ANYWHERE you want to be that your physical body isn't actually being in the moment. Lots of pure intent and focus do the trick. And it's FUN!

Jody, is wonderful, I see you guys there. I am sure is going to be an excellent tour and lots of fun. We are not doing Florence for the same reason, we wanted to do it but is very far and we wanted to stay closer to the ship, but I am sure this one is a great choice.
I am glad the port in Barcelona is near to the city, we are also planning to tour the city on our own and see what call us
The anticipation is wonderful I am really excited and counting the days WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO
LIFE IS GOOD

I have a Hot Tip for you cruisers:
If you are looking for one of the most beautiful and ultra romantic places on the Italian portion of this trip, you must get yourselves to Cinque Terra. Get to the train station in La Spezia and from there take the local train to Riomaggiore. Conversely, you could walk down to the port in La Spezia and catch one of the boats that heads up the coast to the villages. Riomaggiore is one of five small seaside villages that are linked together by a trail. The local train will take you cheaply from village to village, or you can hop on one the boats that will take you to the port of each village. You'll love it! Take lots of pictures, it's fairytale beautiful.

I wanted to read about all the fun that was had on the Carribean Cruise to get myself hiped for my first Abe workshop on the Med. Cruise....and also wanted "at first" to see what was learned and read Abe's new line was "It's Done!"....but decided not to read too much.....I didn't want it to take away from "my own experience" on the upcoming Med. Cruise....OR does Their opening message seem original to some extent on each cruise or workshop??? (I know alot is repeated verbage of Abe's.....but are the cruises unique to a new message....or will it be more of It's Done?)
Thanks,

I have a question.....to anyone who has been on a Med Cruise before.....are the ports like in the Caribbean....are there people to meet you at the ports wanting to sell you excursions to touristy things???? Or is the only way to pre-book with the cruise ship? Can anyone answer this for me!!!
Thanks! Tammy

I remember my excitement of the thought of doing this trip last year. I put it in my bag of wants and now it is about to manifest. We received our docs yesterday and hop on a plane next Saturday heading for Europe(we are doing a bus tour around Spain and some time in london before we meet up for the cruise at the end of the month.)
man, this is life is fun.
Cheers

Simon,
I completely agree. I probably said this before, but mom and I sat in an Abraham workshop in September of 2006 and heard Jerry announce the cruise. We knew at that moment we are going and I just can't believe it's almost here. This is the biggest thing we've ever done and I just can't wait! Looking forward to meeting you and everyone else onboard the Noordam!!
Happy touring

Same here, last May when I found out about this cruise I had a powerful desire to go and I knew I was going to be there and things aligned perfectly for me to go and now is a reality and I am very happy
Life is very good

Hooray! May is here and so are the cruise docs!
My sister and I are signed up for: Cinque Terre; A taste of the Riviera; Barcelona Highlights; The Abe Tunisian Tour; Cefalu - A Seaside Town; and Herculanium.
Part of me was saying - Why would you want to get up at 0600 on vacation in order to take one of these port excursions? - but the other half was saying - Heck, you are right there, sleep in at home later and get out there and see those places!
Question: The cruise docs talk about the possible need for vacinations and visas. Does anyone know if we need anything special or if we need to bring any proof of having had certain vacinations?
I went to the Ron Oyer website to check out his precruise checklist. I like his idea of scanning my passport and emailing it to myself - that way I can have access to a copy of it from most anywhere in the world.
