my new three
1. a bent spoon - i can see it clearly in my minds eye. it's really cool. it totally reminds of that scene in the matrix where they're practicing bending the spoon, and the little genius girl says to Neo: "Do not try to bend the spoon; that's impossible. Instead, only try to realize the truth. [What truth?] There is no spoon. Then you'll see, that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself." it's magic. this bent spoon reminds me that anything is possible in this reality!
2. love-a-lot bear. i love the care-bears. i love everything about them. they're cute furry talking bundles of pure joy and playfulness. i love the idea of beaming hearts from your heart center and dissolving resistance. but i like love-a-lot bear a lot 'cause she has the two hearts in the center of her chest. and to me it's a reminder that love is all there is, everywhere. i'd like to be reminded of that by her some how appearing in my reality.
3. $250. i love money. especially the pretty canadian dollars we have going on here. they're so colorful. blue and light green and light purple and red and light brown. i love looking at them just 'cause they please my eyes. and i love spending them. handing cash to someone at the register and then getting cash back. more colors. i'll give you a green one, and you give me back two light blue one's. that's the game i play in my head. it's fun! money. is. so. much. fun!
so pretty!!!

Ok I just realized upon waking this morning that I had seen a "fairy" yesterday.
On TLC's "What Not to Wear" show, they did a makeover, on a woman who wore outfits, with wings.
On the preview to the show, they showed her in "Fairy Wings", and the announcer uses the word "fairy" to describe her.
I'm counting this. However, I'm a bit uncomfortable about counting this. Here is why:
I had check the TV Listings yesterday about mid-morning. I knew the two episodes of "What Not to Wear" would be starting at 12 Noon. I had read the caption on the TV Guide, so I knew that at 1:00 PM the show with the "Fairy lady" would be on.
Then I went and did other things.
At Noon I turned on the TV. The channel was turned on to TLC, and I flipped though the other channels, didn't see anything I was interested in, so I turned it off. Rolled over and snoozed a bit.
At 1:00 PM I woke up, and turned on the TV, flipped through the channels, when I got to TLC, there were showing the "Fairy Lady" at that moment, with the announcer saying "fairy wings."
So, my question is, does this count? Please comment. (Thanks.)
I had seen both TLC's shows before, and that is why I wasn't interested in watching them.

Leigh I think it's all about what feels right to you. The Universe will provide you with as many instances with fairies in them as you'd like, so if this one isn't leaving you with a definite feeling, you can just take it as a little wink and ask for something with a little more tingle-invoking fairy content in it.

So I haven't seen any yet BUT I have also been asking for more guidance, to raise my vibration. Truth to tell I've been trying not to panic about what's happening in my life, even though I now understand a lot about why and how I should be trying to turn it around.
So what I have really been asking, that really matters, my real has been for more guidance. That turned up this morning on the threads elsewhere that I found - each of the six or so threads had a message for me.
I guess the the rest I asked for here will follow! Last edited on Tue Dec 2nd, 2008 03:22 pm by silvercat151

1. Lilacs - Lilacs are my favorite-smelling flower. They are so fragrant and so beautiful. Their wonderful smell reminds me of spring. When I smell a lilac, it's pure heaven to me. I also love the color of lilac. It's such a perfect color of purple. There is nothing more beautiful to me than a lilac.
2. Frogs - I think frogs are the coolest creatures. They are so cute with their tiny little faces. I love how quick they are in the water. I used to have the best time catching frogs when I was little. Now my son loves to look for frogs too. It's so much fun for our whole family to go looking for frogs. LOL. But it's true! They're very fun!
3. Yellow rain jacket - I don't even know why I picked this. LOL. I love the color yellow. It's bright and vibrant and represents sunshine and happiness to me. And raincoats - I mean, how fun are they??? I love the thought of putting on a yellow raincoat and splashing in the puddles outside. I love how the drops of rain just stick and gently slide down on the raincoat. How beautiful is that?
1. Still waiting for the lilacs. YUM. I love the smell!!
2. Frog - I saw a frog on here as someone's avatar. Then I saw another frog in the book I was reading to my daughter, which also had...
3. a little boy wearing a bright yellow raincoat!
Once I completely forgot about the raincoat and frog, they appeared.
I'm going to do a couple more because this is so much fun.
4. Palm trees. Wow. Do I LOVE palm trees. They remind me of warm weather, ocean, sunsets, and my 2 favorite places - Hawaii and Florida. I love how crisp their leaves sound in the wind. I love the different shapes, sizes and varieties. Ahhh...palm trees are so amazing.
5. A pink umbrella. I love the color pink so much. Pink, to me = FUN. So, it would be so fitting to see someone carrying a pink umbrella in the rain or snow, since that's usally when there are clouds are out and it looks a little depressing out. But a pink umbrella would really brighten up the situation.
6. A blue winner's ribbon. I love seeing that someone won an event that they were so excited to try. I love seeing the ribbon pinned on them, and seeing the pride and joy on their face. A blue ribbon = an instant smile.

i love the 17 second game! ok mine will be:
1. a humming bird - i enjoy watching their wings go what looks like 100 miles an hour. I'm always a little silently in awe being in their presense.
2. graham cracker - with all it's cinnomon-y sugar on top; rubbing across my fingers. The sound they make when you crack them in half, and the yummy softness and sugary flavor.
3. a red bouncy ball - it's all over the place and hard to catch once you bounce it hard on the floor. It goes every where and is so easy to spot because it's RED. My dog would bark at it if i were bouncing it inside.

Hi,
A fairy I feel I can count:
A few days ago, this Seventh avenue catalogue showed up in my mail. I looked at it tonight, and on page 170 they are offering things with fairies. And of course the print has the word "fairy" next to the items. This catalogue arrived either Wednesday or Friday.
Thank you Universe.
I have never received this catalogue before.

OHH and the Gov. returned some more money to me yesterday.
So, I received $100 dollars without asking for it or "working" for it. And, it was more than $100 dollars.
Now for rthe Tarot Card.

Hi Everyone!
The three items I posted last weekend were: a blue jay, a red scarf, and a yellow car.
Monday I saw a yellow car that was exactly how I pictured it. A yellow, convertable sports car. It was perfect!
The red scarf that I pictured was a winter scarf, bright red, plain, and being worn by someone. Yesterday I was at a store and saw a display of lovely silk scarves. There was a red one right on top with a pretty design on. My first thought was oh, there's a red scarf! But my second thought was, gee it's not really the scarf I was looking for, but I guess it's close enough.
Right then I felt like my Inner Being shouted " is that what you want in you life? Things that are just close enough?"
It was a great aha moment for me! How many times in my life have I settled for second best? Am I too impatient to what for what I really want? Do I think I don't deserve to have what I want? Do I think the Universe can't deliver what I really want?
I'm going to wait for the scarf I visualized. I know it's out there. It's in my vibrational escrow. I can feel it.

Karalyn - i do the same thing! I now see things that are 'sorta' like my item as 'driftwood.' As evidence that it is on the way, and I get comfortable in knowing the real deal will show itself soon. and it ALWAYS does

I was reading these threads a couple of days ago, and decided this would be a really fun game to play with my son. So a couple of nights ago, he chose three things for me and I chose three things for him. I chose (1) find a toonie, (2) see or experience bats, (3) see a yellow F-J Cruiser. For me he chose (1) invite to lunch (2) free movie tickets (3) see an adorable brown puppy. So yesterday was our 1st day playing this and we went on our merry way. Last night as I was tucking him in, he said Mom, remember that game, well I have to tell you that today I went into the library 5 times and all five times I saw bat books, bat magazines, every page I saw bats, and then I ended up in the bat section......very weird mom I then proceeded to tell him that I did receive an invite for lunch today as well. We giggled and laughed and he thinks this is so very cool. My daughter announced she wants to now play too, so I am looking forward to seeing this unfold. SO SO SO Fun !!!!

Kelley,
Sounds like a new family game. How wonderful. Better than "I Spy".

l have a fun story of playing this game with family members. This is from a post I made ages ago in response to a thread about when we knew that LOA was real. Perfect example of the 17 second game!
Sealegs wrote:
I have two examples to share on how i knew it was real - i have many actually, but will narrow it down to only what came into my head for the purpose of this thread. The first was playing the '17 second' game with my nephew, where you give pure thought to something or an object that is not of heavy concern to you for at least 17 seconds to watch it manifest later on. We were on our way to florida for vacation and discussing in depth what it is that he expected to 'show up' while we were there. He wanted to see a baby shark in the ocean. small and harmless, and right up close to the shore and waves - something we've never seen in all our years traveling. i asked many questions to keep the dialogue going - how big will he be? what does it look like swimming by, and what would it's skin feel like if you could pet him. Well sure enough, later on the beach, I am sitting out in a low chair right on the shore letting the waves flow over my feet, when a small baby shark (well at least 2ft long!) starts to swim by! So close i could have thrown a shell at it. There were many people in the water, and adults and children alike just stopped and stared at in in awe, no one seemed afraid, there was no scampering out of the water, just watched the baby shark lazily swim on by, small dorsel fin poking out the top of the water. I couldn't beleive it (no one could!) but especially since this was my nephew's manifestation, which apparently was mine as well! He was not there to see it - so i couldn't wait to share it with him. mistake! for after I told him i saw it, he wouldn't get in the ocean for the rest of the day :P

4. Kelley - thanks for the extra palm tree! I also saw some in my son's book, but they were cartoonish, and not exactly what I was looking for. Well, today, this one was fulfilled in the best way. I received mail that was adressed to someone else, but at our address. And when I opened (I felt I needed to), it was a brochure for a new 5-start resort in Fiji!!! Fiji is so in my vibrational escrow, you don't even know! I want to go to Fiji SO much. So this was a perfect driftwood and manifestation.
5. I was at the post office yesterday and a woman was carrying an umbrella that was either red or pink. I couldn't really tell. I think a pink one that I KNOW is pink will be coming soon.
