Hi Abers,

I wanted to share this manifesting story, as I know you guys will appreciate it!

A while ago I decided to have some fun with manifesting, and came up with ''I will manifest an elephant'' - as I live in a small rural village in the UK, miles from any zoo etc etc- I thought this was a suitably 'impossible'' thing to manifest- a good challenge for the Universe!

That afternoon I needed to buy a card for a friend.  I went to the shop and the first card I pulled out from the rack had a small picture of an elephant on the front.

I was not impressed!

Greedy you see- I said to the Universe  '' huh! Thankyou, but that is a copout!!  You'll have to do better than that!''

The next day, we were invited to dinner with some friends.  They had a new house, and we had not been to anywhere they lived before.  I was not thinking about elephants, in fact I had forgotten about it.

We were shown around the house, and ended up in the living room .............

Gulp!!! There were elephants EVERYWHERE! Literally, all around the room were ornaments and statuettes of elephants, in brass, bronze, glass, silver etc etc - it was unbelievable!!  I hadn't said anything to hubby about my request for elephants, and so stood there with a dopey grin on my face- they didn't notice, but I was so happy!

We sat down and had drinks and chatted a while.  I was looking around the room and thinking how beautiful it was, and then noticed on the mantelpiece there was what looked like ivory - two little pillars of it.  I said nothing.  We carried on with the conversation about their move into the house etc.

AND THEN!! Without anybody having mentioned the E word, the host wandered over to the mantelpiece, picked up what I had suspected was ivory, and announced to us '' these are ivory - I don't agree with poaching at all, but they were my grandmothers, and I inherited them''  and with that, without my asking, he walked across the room and PUT THEM IN MY HANDS.

Aaaaaaaaagh!!!!  It was so amazing!!  ::LOL

And so within 36 hours of my asking for the 'impossible' elephant - I was HOLDING A PART OF ONE IN MY HAND and it had literally been 'given' to me..................

It was a few years ago but still makes me smile so much, and feel ::frog     ::frog::frog!!!

Bliss-full xx

Nice!

My son did a similar thing years ago. We were driving to a 4-year-old friend's birthday party and my son, 4 at the time, announced that he knew there'd be flying elephants at the party.

I knew better, of course, being a bright adult.

We walked up his friend's driveway and sure enough -- there were several of those rides you see outside grocery stores...

including one flying elephant.

Smart kid he is ::LOL

And as I concluded reading this most excellent LOA story, the sound drifted over from the financial report that hubby was listening to, "....like hunting for elephants with a flyswatter"   !!

That's such a great story! And Patricia, isn't it funny how you're now experiencing elephants, too?

I wonder what kind of elephant is going to cross my path today:)

Thanks for sharing -- AWESOME!

I LOVE that Bliss-ful!  Fantastic story.

Now get this one.  When I was a little girl (maybe 5 or 6), my older sister and I LOVED the Wizard of OZ.  So, one day she wanted me to walk down the street to the candy store with her.  I didn't feel like it, but she didn't want to go alone so she (lied) and told me that the Wizard of Oz people were going to be on the street on our way there.  Well, that did it.  I went with her and couldn't wait to see them.  Well in my sister's head she was thinking, "crap...Kristin is going to be mad when she finds out I'm lying."

Yep, you've guessed it.  Halfway to the store, skipping down the street are...DOROTHY, THE TIN MAN, LION AND SCARECROW!!!!!!!  I am NOT KIDDING HERE!!!!!  We have told this story to people for years, but now it's so clear.  I BELIEVED her.  I EXPECTED to see them.  And I did.

We NEVER ever found out why they were there - we're assuming a play was in town and they were out in character.  Cool eh?

Love, Kristin

That's a wonderful elephant manifestation story. This is not quite an elephant story, but definitely a four year old manifesting:

We were driving out of town the other day when my four year old boy saw a concrete mixer in front of us. He said "Dad speed up, I want to see the concrete mixer." The truck was a wee way ahead of us, and we knew we would have to stop at the lights, so we said, "sorry, we can't catch up with it."

He cried and moaned: "But I love concrete mixers" and "speed up dad!". We have a book of trucks and he's just cottoned on to concrete mixers.

Next thing we knew, there was a concrete mixer to our left, at the petrol station - "Hey look, there's a concrete mixer there!" we said. Within seconds, we'd caught up with the second concrete mixer in front of us,  close enough to see it turning and mixing. Then to top it off, on the way out of town, we saw a third concrete mixer.

The adults agreed we'd never seen so many concrete mixers in one place, and generally, didn't see many of them at all from day to day, so it was an obvious glut of contrete mixers. Since then the entire family's been saying "You must have manifested that", and so on.
