It's amazing how each weekly CD takes thought beyond!!
The 5/6/07 Asheville CD has Abraham addressing the 12-step program and adding 12 additional Abraham-oriented steps. It's absolutely phenomenal. I would suggest anyone dealing with addiction to get the CD.

| I would like to know more please. I've heard a lot about the cd's, but I don't have them. I live in the Uk, do they deliver here reasonably? Are they expensive? Do you have to sign up for so many cd's? Sorry for all the questions, I've been wondering for a while now and this brought it back to mind. Glad you are enjoying them.

I would really like to have that CD, can you order just one CD or do you have to sign up for a series of CDs?
Since this would fit right in with the Rose of Gold Housing that Source is bringing to me.

Sandra, you can order individual CD's - just call the A-H office and specify the one you want.

Joyseeker,
Wasn't that really phenomenal! It basically took the first 12 steps and re-worked them. If I have a chance I'll try to post the new 12 steps. But I think part of the point that Abraham was making was that the first 12 steps really can be, after a while, upstream thoughts. I think they make it clear that they can feel downstream at the beginning, so that's why they offered the next 12 steps -- as a way to keep going downstream.
I have to say that when I heard the questioner list out the first few steps, which I've been familiar with for years but haven't focused on recently, I was amazed at how upstream they felt to me. But I really liked Abraham's focus on how they definitely could feel downstream to someone in a lot of despair.
Anyway -- yes, good stuff. I'll see if I can list those out if noone else beats me to it!

| Interesting how we are growing here, Kendall! Every time I listen to a new weekly CD the Abraham approach becomes clearer! Attachment: susan 75.png (Downloaded 278 times)

I've been reviewing the 24 steps this past week. It's a remarkable process. I especially like how Abraham stated we can forgive ourselves, and not feel guilty for the problems we may have caused other people. Once we get through that step, we can move forward past the guilt, then through the anger, and then into hope and acceptance.
It's also interesting to hear Esther and her voice. I liked how Abraham said, "it's really not anyone's business on why Esther is talking the way she is." Yet that vibration of saying this, without being rude about it, can be said without saying it.
Sweet!

There is no shipping cost, not even to the UK! I live in the UK, and really recommend the weekly subscription. Mine normally take about a week to arrive, and in over 1.5 years of subscribing, I've only had one go missing in the post (which the AH office replaced free of charge). They cost $12.50 each (or you can get a tape, which is a bit cheaper), and you can cancel your subscription whenever you like - there's no minimum subscription period.

The new 12 steps are about an addict taking back his/her power. Of feeling of having control over their experience, and not having to numb themselves with drink or drugs to feel good. The image I had while listening to it a second time, was someone able to climb out of the hole of addiction into the sunlight and smile with relief.
Addiction has always been a well talked about Abraham topic, and I'm so glad Abraham addressed it.
And, AttractionFactor, the CD was full of talking about Esther's voice, of which I loved every minute!!
