Reading my notes, I am noticing how WORTHINESS was a huge theme, along with "warming up for manifestation" and "telling a different story".
Notes on Notes:
Where quotation marks appear I am as certain as I can be that I was able to transcribe Abraham's words exactly into my notes. Where there are no quotations, consider it my paraphrasing of what I heard them say.- J.
The following are from the first full day of workshops.
1. Our "Natural Default Setting" is that of worthiness and abundance. We move away from that setting by resisting. Think of a needle on a compass - it will naturally want to point toward true North. The only thing that will stop it is resistance. As soon as the resistance lets up, it will pop right up to North! Same with our natural needle wanting to point to worthiness and abundance - they are NATURAL to us. All we have to do is ALLOW our natural birthright to manifest.
2. You CANNOT become less than who you are. (Source creates your desire as soon as you identify it) When you've identified a desire you can't help going toward it. "But you have to go WILLINGLY. Those were are not joyful in their becoming are beating a drum of where they ARE which makes them incompatable with where they want to be."
3. Stop trying to figure out who we are in non-physical. Instead, focus on having a joyous physical experience. We are now focused in physical bodies because we chose this experience. We did not come here with the purpose of trying to figure out non-physical. We'll get it all in an instant when we transition back. That's inevitable. We're here on the leading edge for the joy and expansion. Let's get on with it and not worry at all about what's on the "other side" - it's all pure positive energy and the non-physical part of us knows we make way too much of all of this. Trying to figure out non-physical is what drives people to "conjure irrational religions".

True North, I can really get that.
Going with it willingly- so this is where the upstream part is gone, huh? Is it that you either go willingly and get there fast, or unwillingly, and get there slow? I think I'm getting this...
Ah, yes. I know I certainly think too much about what is on the other side... So just focus on the joy right now. I can do that.

Ah, Jody! THANK YOU!
I've been feeling more and more from Abraham the de-emphasizing of wondering about Non-Physical. It really IS all about this moment, right NOW and how we choose to think and feel.
And I LOVE to feel the energetic flow of how worthiness and abundance are NATURAL!!!

I, as many people I know, am so often pulled from "true North" by the replaying of old tapes in my head which reinforce feelings of lack. I am appreciative of you bringing us this reminder from Abraham. I love all the ways that they (Abraham) confirm our true selves. My desire is that the magnetisim of this truth is enough to begin erasing my tapes.
