All Goo-Goo-Eyed Over You, LOA

I've corrected my own vision, gone down three steps in contact lens power, and I'm still improving. I initially researched how to do it through "eye exercises" in books but few of them felt right.  They seemed upstream except the relaxing ones, like palming.

Instead, I simply gaze into the distance daily with my unaided eyes at a far object while saying a rampage of appreciation in my head about how my vision is improving every day, getting clearer. I experience flashes of totally clear vision more and more often this way. I even manifested an optometrist willing to prescribe me weaker and weaker lenses to allow my eyes space to evolve into.

Woo-HOO!

Oh, and my teeth have stopped eroding and started filling in on their own via the same technique. I've healed wounds in rapid time, too. Fun stuff.

PS: Only works on days when I'm feelin' good. On the other ones, I give it a rest.

I used to have really chippy fingernails. They were thin and would kind of peel at the tips. Then one day, I had my aunt (who has nice long strong fingernails I have always admired) paint my fingernails with some nail harder stuff I must have really believed in because my nails have been nice and strong ever since! Haven't needed to use the nail hardener more than that one time! Now they grow long easily and are nice and strong and white. Love 'em!

Also, one of my good friends used to have kinda straightish/wavyish hair. She wanted it to be curly. Her friend had cut her hair short and it grew back the way she wanted it to so my friend did the same. Now her hair just grows curly! It's beautiful!

Another friend of mine had some problem with her menstrual cycle. It was very irregular and she was going to need to take some drastic action (can't remember what) to fix it. She didn't agree with the action so she got really fed up one day and said, "Okay, I am done with this." And from that day on, she had no more problems.

Amazing what the mind (and body) can do!

Love,

Anna

*bump, bump, bumpity, bump*::wow
There is just too much good in here for this thread to be on hold :)

So a little over a year ago I started visualizing being glasses-free. I had heard that a particular "secret" person had gained perfect vision and I thought I would enjoy doing that. Let's just say I went from having to wear my glasses all day every day to the joy of wearing them only when in the classroom or driving. I'm working on my perfect vision and I know it's happening right NOW!

The possibilities of human body are fascinating for me to!

I've read recently (can't remember where) that there was an experiment where women would imagine they have bigger breasts, feel them growing, and they actually enlarged them! Now how fun is that!

Hmmm, wow! I'll have some of the perfect vision too!

A few weeks ago I accidently poured boiling water on my wrist. I put ice on it as fast as I could but interestingly I soon was getting horror stories about "scolding water". Most people lost thier skin, my own grandmother had horrible scars for life.

My wrist healed completely. Not one blister, not a sign of a scar. The burnt skin just turned that burnt brown, peeled off exposing fresh, pink skin.

My hair, too, turned curly though I don't remember asking for it. I do remember once tho, when a hairdresser really went over the top laughing at my belief I had any wave in it. She made it clear "this hair is as limp as it comes". So I was thinking "Oh Yeah?" That seems like me to end up curly just come back and show her. I won't.

However, I do believe as we live closer and closer to Source that changes will occur. Our bodies respond as being healthier, mine has. Our faces soften as our attitudes become more loving and accepting. Scowl lines disappear and laugh lines grow. That sort of thing. Worry lines ease up. What we already have is showing it's innate attractiveness more and more.

I am wondering, tho this may not sound like Abe, if my vision difficulties are not also attached to a belief that there is something hurtful in life I want to avoid seeing. If this is the case then as I trust that "all is well" and "there is only a source of wellbeing" than my vision would also be improving.  My life has certainly had it's share of pain and drama. Reversing the effects .... I stopped cold here. Reversing the effects of a painful life experience. Yummy. I had a little inner vision with that thought.

All is well and what I have left to see from now on is my life reversing the effects of a painful, drama filled life. My body will relax and allow healing.

I've been thinking a lot about what Abe says about how we have already launched our rockets of desire. What we have left to do is ALLOW our escrow into our lives.

So in other words, and a darn few less of them, Yes, I do believe we can change our physical appearance.

Hello everyone :). My name is Sue and I am a first time poster, although I have been ‘lurking’ for quite some time. Using the Law of Attraction to change physical features is a topic I am most interested in and I would like to make my own contribution to this thread, if I may. The teachings of Abraham have provided me with much hope in this area (I don’t like my face at all, but I no longer dwell on it as I know it can be changed!). When Abraham/Esther was asked whether we can change our looks/physical appearance, Abraham responded:

There are no limits to your ability to create. Nothing is ever complete, therefore all things can change.

Beauty is essentially based on bone structure. I always thought that bone structure was one of those things we just couldn’t change, although since becoming an Aber I now know differently; indeed, Abraham has stated that bone can be altered and changed, nothing is “fixed”.

I have not been searching for evidence of people using LoA to change their faces, because this is probably an area where people will need to become pioneers before others will realise this is possible. What I have been doing is searching for evidence of facial plasticity - if there is evidence to suggest that our faces can change in terms of bone structure (without plastic surgery of course!) then I do not see why LoA cannot be successfully used to alter our looks, should such a thing be desired. I welcome all evidence of facial plasticity - even NEGATIVE examples because even these examples demonstrate how nothing is fixed, everything can be changed! I have found some interesting examples of the changeability of the human face, some positive and some negative. Yes, the examples below show evidence of faces changing by physical means and not LoA, but the important point is that none of the examples are a result of direct physical force, like plastic surgery, therefore showing just how plastic bone can be under certain circumstances.

Take a look at these pictures for example:

These pictures represent official police mug shots taken of drug offenders, the drug in question being crystal meth. Many such pictures can be found as part of the “Faces of Meth” project. I have picked these two examples because I think they offer very clear evidence of a change in bone structure. The first example is ‘Esther’; her pictures were taken 8 months apart, the picture on the right showing Esther after 8 months of crystal meth use. Some of the changes in Esther’s face are due to weight loss induced by her meth habit. However, weight loss alone cannot explain all of the changes we can see in her face – the distance between her mouth and chin looks a lot shorter, as does the length of her forehead.  Her jaw looks completely reshaped and it also seems that there is less distance between the corners of the eyes and ears. Google "faces of meth" to find websites with these photos, you should be able to find high quality, close up before and after shots of the examples given above.

The second example is ‘James’. The picture on the right shows James after 4 months of meth use. The changes are more subtle compared to the first example, although the bone structure has clearly changed. The head has become a lot rounder and it seems that the left hand side of James’ face has fallen slightly, making the left eye and ear lower than his right eye and ear (although there was a slight asymmetry to begin with).

I would like to make it absolutely clear that in no way whatsoever would I ever consider or condone the use of drugs to alter bone. I feel sorry for anybody who becomes a drug abuser and my heart goes out to them and their families. The reason I have provided the above examples is to show that the bone structure of the face really is not fixed, and can change considerably, even in a matter of months. If a terrible drug such as crystal methamphetamine can change facial bone structure, then could we not use something even more powerful (and positive) to change our appearance (and in a controllable way), i.e. Law of Attraction? I believe so.

Here is an even more startling example of facial plasticity (sorry if it won't display properly - I have added it as an attachment below):

Look at the top example. Yes, these pictures represent the SAME person! This result was achieved through a process called NEUROCRANIAL RESTRUCTURING, the changes having occurred over a period of 4 years with treatments at various intervals. There used to be a picture online where you could see all of the stages this man’s face went through, although I can no longer find it L. Neurocranial restructuring does involve physical manipulation of the skull, although it is quite subtle. The procedure involves the use of balloons which are inserted into the nostrils and gently inflated for a few seconds, permitting momentary contact with the sphenoid bone, allowing it to readjust its position. This procedure sounds seriously upstream to me, perhaps even dangerous, although it does provide an interesting example of how much a face can change with subtle manipulation (a balloon!!) and without resorting to a knife and scalpel.

I have also heard of people with raw food diets experiencing a change in bone structure. Here is an excerpt from an interview with raw food guru Shazzie:

Question #8: Is it possible to reverse facial bone structure to our genetic potential/what we were born to have? Have you seen startling examples, besides yourself. How long do these kind of changes take place, and whether or not it's just an illusion created by healthier skin, eyes, hair, not deeper structural changes. Are raw animal products required for this to happen?

"I've seen this in a few people, and it takes lots of good nutrition, positive thinking, and masses of dedication. It's great when I see my raw American friends because I notice the changes in them from one visit to the next. It's harder to see it in people I'm with on a more regular basis -- until the photos come out! The people I've seen structurally change don't eat raw (or cooked!) animal products, and neither do I, so I don't see that they are necessary for this. I don't know how long these changes take, because I've not measured them. All I know is that I am astounded sometimes when I see the changes in someone who's into super-nutrition. My own face is very asymmetrical, and I look like a different person in photos sometimes, depending on what side they picture was taken! Yet I notice that my teeth are straightening, and my smile isn't quite as one-sided as it used to be!"

Raw food guru David Wolfe has also stated that one of the first things he noticed when he switched to a raw food diet was a change in his facial bone structure.

I really do believe that Abraham is right to state that nothing is complete and that all things can change. Having seen so much evidence of the ability of the human face to change its structure, I am determined to use the Law of Attraction to deliberately create the face that I want. I am sorry if this post seems rather long and essay-like, I just really wanted to get a few things off my chest! I can't wait to get started with this process, and I have greatly enjoyed reading everyone's contribution to this thread.

Thank you. aniheart

Sorry everyone - it seems there may be a problem with the images in my first post (please forgive me, I'm new!). I shall attach the images in question. Here is the first example - "Esther".

Cool subject.
When I was in beauty school, back in the 80's I did a perm on a young girl I used to babysit.  she's probably 30  now and it's still remembered as the perm that lasted forever.  I always had stick straight hair, which got kinda wavy as I got older, but after I had my daughter I cut it short and when it grew back it 's now curly,     All those years of wanting curls it finally showed up, I had long since accepted it being strait.

I was always chubby since about 10, (and started worrying about being overweight like my mom, who wanted her girls to be like her and go through what she did)
I always felt like I was meant to be thin, and shortly after leaving home, I lost weight without any effort.  It was like I was free to be myself then.
I'm trying that one again.  ::thumb

I asked my body to tell me what size it really was. The thought was a size 6...... for a couple years I just kept thinking I am a size 6, and because I am a size 6 I do what my size 6 body likes to do.

Now I am really a size 6. Took a little while to get to it but that is the size my body likes to be. It feels good and I just know what my size 6 body likes to have to stay healthy and active.

I have also had really fast healings of broken bones- took off a cast on my leg halfway through the specified time because it was bothering my lifestyle and I was certain I did not require it any longer , quick heal boo boos and I look younger that I did 8 years ago. The amazing body.

I am now doing visual lipo to fully acquire the appearance I desire. This will be fun.

Love

Great thread! I don't have very much time to read everything here, but
this thread really made me curious and I love to read the amazing stories!

Isn't it wonderful to know that nothing is impossible and that health, beauty and strong teeth is something that comes from your state of mind? ::singer  So reassuring and liberating, especially in times with rising health costs!

Keep the stories coming! ::hearts

I can totally agree with this.36_13_3 I had an AHA moment while reading a book a few months back (can't remember which one. But the author spoke about how a lot of the children she worked with in therapy with vision problems tended to have abusive or unstable households and it seemed that it was their way of coping. Once they released those fears, anxiety's etc - even later in life - their vision returned to "normal." ;) good stuff!
