I visited with my Natural Health Dr. today for a checkup. I am home for Christmas and only visit my Dr. when I make a trip home. I knew I was doing pretty good health wise but do enjoy an annual check up. He was doing a range of tests using Applied Kinesiology and could hardly find a thing wrong with me (which is unusual). He then tested my adrenals (which are important for keeping you going). I have a history of them functioning around 40-50%. Today he said they were functioning around 500%!

He asked me if I had been meditating as this sort of turn around in someone usually means they've sat on a hill top for three months meditating.

And I hadn't done even a minute of conscious meditating. Instead I'd been simply working on being in the Vortex most of the time. I had the benefit of attending the Sydney workshop last weekend and I'm sure my physical body is still literary buzzing from that event.

Again more evidence that well being abounds...I've been feeling so in the Vortex recently and to get medical evidence of my cells being in alignment WOW.....this stuff really works.

Hi Cathbnz,

Thank you for sharing your uplifting post !!! Nothing is better than getting that delicious evidence that your wellbeing abounds.

I too recently had a delicious wellbeing evidence experience which I am still pretty high on joy about and doubt I will ever come down from. In 2003 I began a journey with cancer and had an appointment several weeks back with one of my wellbeing cocreators; my oncology doctor. At the end of the appointment my doctor held out his hand to shake mine and said to me as much as I have enjoyed having you as a patient for the last 7 years, I feel it is time to set you free as you don't need me anymore!!! I can't even begin to describe the feelings of joy I experienced after hearing those words which made my heart literally leap in my chest.

The most difficult journeys in life can end in the most joyful destinations if you follow the road map called belief and fuel your journey with hope.

:)

::wow Congratulations! So inspiring!

(especially about those adrenals. mine've been pretty upstream for a long time, so reading this is encouraging.)

And the Well-being continues....2 months on and my adrenals are still going strong! Long-standing health stuff really can go away permanently!

This has taken my belief of what is possible to a whole new level!

My card for the day was a friendly reminder " Physical Well-being is only one good thought away".

5 months on and I'm still on track. I notice when I feel slight overwhelment (which is what throws the adrenals out of whack) I go into ROA or grab a card deck and just flick through them until I feel myself back in the Vortex!

Not giving a rip what others think also seems to keep adrenals healthy! (I'm sure it helps so many bodily conditions)
